Fire Water Ritual Results

How did your ritual go? After the experience I had, I vowed to have an Indian love ritual more often. In fact, you can perform this ritual any time you want to!

I set my portal up in the shape of the Rock Eagle. I used quartz rocks I had collected from within a mile of the place in Eatonton, Georgia. (I live in Jesup, Georgia) Using the quartz rocks, I made an outline of the eagle, a perfect replica, 3 feet long with a wing span of about 2-1/4 feet. At the top of the eagle I stood a 1-1/4 ft. high bronze candelabra and a white candle. At the base of this candelabra I placed a colorful bird feather mask I have had for years. The mask is right at the top of the eagle's head. Just inside the eagle's head, where the eye would be, I placed a Dwendi Stone from the Philippines. This is a smooth, brown, magical healing stone the healers there use to cure terminal illnesses. It is said to have been touched by a Dwendi, a powerful spirit who inhabits the Philippines. This particular stone has been used many times in healings and I was fortunate to receive it as a gift. I used the stone to symbolize the eagle's eye like the eye of Horus or the 3rd eye or living eye - the Anja chakra. By this placement of the Dwendi Stone, I hoped to open further my Anja chakra.

For the eagle's nose and nostrils, I placed 3 quartz stones: a red phantom quartz crystal (spirit guide stone); anthraxilite with a carbon phantom crystal inside; and sceptre, a tiny and beautiful rock crystal quartz formation in the shape of a sceptre. To the left of the eagle's neck I placed a large crystal ball on a bronze dragon stand, and to the right of the eagle's neck I placed a smaller crystal ball, also on a bronze dragon stand. I did this to encourage spirit to appear inside the crystal ball.

Inside the wings of the eagle I scattered Tiger-Eye quartz, dried red rose petals, and dried red rose buds. At the top of the eagle's chest, I placed Side 2 of the Phaistos Disk/portal disk cutout. Just below that I placed a bronze angel, a Cupid with wings. Below the angel and center the chest of the eagle I placed the Knight of Cups tarot card, the card symbolizing the liquid energy of Love. Then I placed 3 more cards I liked. Just to the left of these cards I placed my healing wand, a milky quartz crystal I use for healings. Below the cards, inside the tail of the eagle, I placed Side 1 of the portal disk cutout. In the left tail section of the eagle I placed a milky quartz crystal I carry with me always for its beneficial, protective properties.

Then, I scattered amethyst and milky quartz crystal points inside the chest and tail of the eagle, all around the cards and the disks. I also placed Mockingbird, Dove and Bluejay feathers in this same area. To the right and left of the eagle's chest I placed pewter candelabras with white candles. At the base of the eagle I placed another tall, bronze candelabra and white candle.

I began the ritual by using an Amazon rain forest rain stick, given to me only a few months ago. I sat at the head of the eagle between the nose and the right wing span, with the feather mask and the candelabra to my right. I began the ritual by shaking the rain stick 4 times, then pausing and repeating the motion. I did that several times between 8:25 and 8:30. I could feel a difference in vibratory level of the portal as I used the rain stick. (Portals respond to some sounds.)

At 8:30 I began the Fire Water Ritual to call forth the Wings of Love. Between the first four verses of the ritual, I used the rain stick, this time shaking it 5 times instead of 4, 5 being the number of change. After the first 4 verses I continued to use the rain stick between verses, but shaking it 4 times, 4 being the number of fullness. At the end of the ritual I realized I had forgotten to light the candles and sprinkle the flames with water! I got the Chalice Well water given me by Cynthia and began to light the candles and sprinkle the water. I noticed right away that the fire LIKED the water and the water LIKED the fire. I sprinkled the water on the quartz rocks and they also LIKED the water. So, I went around and did it a second time since the fire and the water were so enjoying themselves! The fire and the water still wanted to mix some more, so I went around again and sprinkled the water a third time! I was just about out of water.

I then did eagle dance. I danced the figure 8 with my arms outspread and with the rain stick. Right away, I noticed I didn't want to stop dancing the eagle. I danced it over and over and finally made myself sit down.

I sat down in a Buddha meditative pose and began to relax into the softness of the portal. About 5 minutes passed and I wondered if anything was going to happen. That's when I began to experience the flow of Kundalini energy along Ida and Pingala, the psychic nervous system along the spine. Ida and Pingala are entwined like twin serpents along the spinal column. I began to feel a sensation of love all over my body and it seemed like my spinal column was turning to water and flowing. The Chi energy began to flow in an undulating manner, snake-like and rhythmic, and I thought, 'This is why it's called serpent energy!' As I sat in the meditative pose, my whole body began to move in a rhythmic, flowing motion that felt sensational. I could feel healing properties flowing throughout my body and I began to feel blissful and warm all over. I also felt very light and floating, as if I might levitate right at that moment if I tried.

Just then, my inner vision was awash in a blueviolet light, some of it pulsing and swaying, some of it squiggly and dancing. I thought a great, spiritual power had done a laying on of hands right at the top of my head at the Crown chakra. The chakra was pulsing and I could feel light and love flowing and in and out of the top of my head. I was babbling some kind of gratitude words like oh, wow, and don't let this stop, and keep on with this, this is wonderful, thank you so much. I just wanted the sensations to continue as long as possible and I thought by uttering appreciations I could keep it going. I think it worked.

By this time it was 10:00, I was surprised to see. I turned my computer on and saw I had email from Lokas Aethyrs asking me to hop on spiritweb at Stonehenge spirit chat and talk about the ritual. I was moving in slow motion and could have meditated for some time longer. I hopped on spirit chat and several of the people chatting told me that although they had not done the ritual they had experienced within the last two hours a feeling of bliss, love and warmth. I am still experiencing the Love that came to me as a result of calling for it.

In retrospect, I believe my portal experience began at 7:00p when I took a bath. (It's good to do cleansing before you begin a ritual.) I put a scoop of sea salt, bubblebath crystals in the water, which turned it a beautiful aqua blue. Then, out of an antique quart jar I dumped dried, red rose petals into the water. The contrast of colors was incredible! I soaked for about 30 minutes and it is only now that I realize that I spent the entire time in the tub humming and singing some little happy song about rose petals on my toes!!!!

 "I truly believe a lot of it has to do with the thought, desire, and the devotion put into it. I don't have a lot of crystal, about 8 pieces. I sat mine up on a large green and white Indian blanket, on the floor. Candles at north, east south and west, all white. Mostly ameythst and clear crystals sat all around the edges. I formed my eagle out of rosary necklaces given me by a spirit sister. One is Ameythst stones, the other I'm not sure, beautiful yellow stones!! The portal disc, I placed at the head with a beautiful 3 in phantom crystal in the center. I sat between the foot of the eagle and the left wing span!!

I didn't forget to light the candles and sprinkle the water, but I sure grinned when I read your letter, because that sounded exactly like me!! Like you, I danced the dance of the eagle and chanted the Indian words!!Then I sat back in same spot with eyes closed, Buddha pose. From the time I first entered the portal I noticed a difference in the energy. Afterwards while in meditation, the energy was so strong pulsing thru my body and head. My ears were pounding and ringing so loud, it reminded me of tom toms. I didn't want to leave it or come out of it, like Spirit was all around me. After those kind of experiences, I like to be real quiet!! (so I was)"

While my preparations and physical layout of the ritual were not nearly as elaborate as yours--mine involved dowsing to find the vortex in my home, and making a simple arrangement of candles, crystals, cards, bells and sacred geometric shapes -- I did feel a very deep physical surge of energy, especially when I was playing my didjeridoo. After the ritual, I felt an enormous flow of energy that I really needed, as I was setting up for an evening party that my wife and I had last night. The feeling in the room was beautifully light and airy, the interaction among the people light and effortless. Somehow the ritual seemed to have cleared and energized the space. The energy remained high even after the last guest left. We didn't go to bed until about three hours later.

I followed the ritual as instructed. I played the continuous OM tape in the background. I went into a deep peaceful meditation right away. I have a family and they were not involved in the ritual or in anything that I am involved in ....oh well. Anyway after about 30 minutes my daughter shut a door and I had a startle reflex. I did not want to come out of my deep peaceful meditation but I had some adrenalin in me and it was difficult to get centered again.

About 2a.m. all the lights went out in my neighborhood. At about 4:30a.m. the power company was seen at a transformer box across the street from the room I did the ritual. The weather was beautiful in Greenville, NC last night so the power did not go out because of a storm etc. I believe the Beings of Light were giving me a sign that they were and are here and they heard my request. Thank you Claire for leading us in this beautiful prayer of love.

Thank you very much for your Email messages. How beautiful, to read your report of your ritual.

Unfortunately, I haven't done one and I even didn't think about it. But I am sure the portal had some effect on me and on the people I was with.

That day (for us in Holland the ritual time was mainly in the afternoon), I was facilitating a Brain Healing Day in the North of my country, with guided meditations, sound, movement and working with color, in order to balance and integrate the brain and activating its large slumbering areas. But looking back at that day, I must say the energy was exceptionally gentle and the air was filled with intense joy. Somehow (and also very unusual at a brain healing day) we were all called from inside to bring crystals. Spontaneously we have built a large crystal mandala in the center of the group at the beginning of the day, which stayed there the whole workshop.

Hopefully next time I will participate more actively. Please keep me informed, your work is inspiring!

This ritual was held in a crystal-studded cave in Arkansas.

The pursuit and quarry, chase and kill, ceremony and magic are one and inseparable. Shiva and Shakti in union. My implementation of the disc ritual flew to where I was and who I am. Ultimately, we are all on separate paths.

My site was a cave 20 feet up a limestone cliff. Its four foot, southeast facing, oval entrance overlooks a small lake. To the right is a deep and sharp chasm. It's 20 miles from Hot Springs and in the heart of the Arkansas crystal belt. The cave walls are studded with them.

The dawn chill created a heavy mist on the water. bout 100 feet from the cave a ghostly Blue Heron flushed from the shoreline and disappeared through vapor to the west. This was an omen.

I felt rushed to prepare a ritual I had only read and meet the 0830 EST deadline. It went together without effort. A soft dirt patch was immediately in front of the entrance with a pile of crushed leaves for a seat. I set crystals on a the points of a Roman cross facing the entrance. I put an Adventurine to the left, and two stones of unknown origin, but known power, to the right. The disc was placed in the middle with a large crystal in its center.

The magic started with the first words of the Fire Water Ritual. Saying "People of the dawn, people of the light, come forward now!" I immediately felt a laughter or mirth saying "Do you think we could go away if we wanted to?" The mist formed into shapes that moved both toward me and toward the west. I've seen them before: Conical energy formations twirling counter clockwise.

At the "Pass through the old quartz portal" line I felt something behind me. My spine braced, not out of fear and not in any sort of grip. The urge to turn to see it was stilled with the realization I was seeing it. It was a part of me and that visceral understanding would only be confused and distorted by vision or something akin to looking at your liver.

Surges of energy pulsed thought the upper third of my ida and pingala. The Anahata chakra opened quickly in apparent sympathy with the channels. As is usual with me, this triggered an almost maudlin burst of love and good will followed by a keen awareness of the lower three chakras. The snake was moving but instead of Kundalini down to up, or the Kabalic up to down, it was going from front to back.

The ceremony went well until the calling of the eagle emanation. With this the path wavered and the shapes and energies diffused. This was not the morning of the eagle for me. It was the day of the heron. This image took over and direction returned.

The rest of the ceremony went easily. There was reverence, happiness, and a few jokes as tricksters are usually on my path. There were no birds. The eagle was out of place and the heron was an omen. What did arrive came without feathers. I didn't focus on any symbol and seemed to go directly to the shapes and energies.

The native language chant seemed obtuse. Maybe it was the wrong song for the place. My usual mantras fared no better. The lack of a focusing sound was starting to break the moment but a simple ohm brought it back.

I had planned to Yantra meditation on the disk but things started quickly. The energy from the year seemed to shift to sushumna. My spine surged to a brace I could feel from the base to the brain. My eyes and nose tingled and sensations became more intense. With head stretched rearward I spontaneously began forming complex mudras. Some were similar to ones I use. Others were unique. I can't repeat them.

I can recall some of the following minutes with clarity. For most of it though, I was not there or what I experienced doesn't translate to our everyday language. I was with the "People of the dawn." They had let me be with them for awhile.

I was aware of intentionally moving my chakras four or five times. My channels were so open it was easy. I was able to surge to Ajana and hold it for maybe five seconds at a time.

The crystals glowed. The candles were lit but the flames were higher than the crystals. With soft vision, I was aware of the lines between the crystals and the cross, which had been scratched on dark earth. I had a large crystal on the center of the disk it glowed strongly even though it was away from the candles.

I felt the disc's presence but really didn't feel it. Part of this was my unfamiliarity with it. The disc has power but I couldn't tap into it. Toward the end the top candle toppled sending a stream of red wax across the disc. It was dramatic and fun but I couldn't read anything from it.

The climax would be when I was given the revelation that all was well, but I am not ready to go farther right now. I didn't want to come back but there was a strong, voiceless message given to me, "there's time, there's time." I knew I will be back.

A falling rock noise to my left year ended it. I immediately knew it was over. I checked my watch and about 45 minutes had gone by. I started to stand and realized I had been in a half lotus for all this time. This is more than 40 minutes more than I usually keep this position.

The two mile lake side walk back to the car was calm and almost thoughtless. The rest of the day was laden with melancholy from knowing my path is still long. This was mitigated by also knowing that something is walking with me.

Yes, it worked. Yes, I was introduced to some sort of portal even in the narrowest sense of the word. No, I did not perform the ritual properly and some of the basic elements elude me.

I will return to the cave at dawn. I will someday follow the direction I was given to move down the gorge and to the west. I can't recreate what happened that October morning. But I can visit and let the People of the dawn lead me.

Keys of Love

In preparation for Ritual of the Pyramid Portals, I will be emailing several articles to you that hopefully will enlighten you and involve you in the upcoming ascension activity. I am asking for more interest and involvement from you at this time because there a quickening occurring now that you probably can feel. The energy is changing and I am hoping we can have some input into crafting that energy more the way we would like it. It seems to me that love and understanding are key to moving the energy in a positive direction, and I believe a closer look at the energies at work in these ancient civilizations will provide us with valuable clues as to how we can shape our energy gift in all love and light.

Dreamtime Journal Activity:
Jungle Dreaming of Egypt

Several people have written telling me of the dreams they have been having of ancient Egypt. This has been within the last two weeks before anyone knew of the next Ritual of the Portal, which is centered on the Great Pyramid of Cheops and the Pyramid of the Sun in Mexico. If you are dreaming of Egypt and would like to recount these dreams, please email them to me. I would love to see them. Also, I have received email recounting jungle dreams and I believe this may be related to Pyramid of the Sun and the Aztecs. I am compiling these dreams so that we can all get an overview of the Egypt and Aztec dreams and see what our collective activity at this level looks like. Work that we do as a group at the astral or dreamtime level is important because we are forming paths of light as we construct a group consciousness, and at the same time we are creating realities at the physical level. The following is the Dreamtime Journal activity that many of you have seen before. It is an important activity, really essential, which is why I keep sending it to you.

The Dreamtime Journal is the next step in preparation for Ritual of the Pyramid Portals. It is an activity to help you locate your portal. Keeping the journal helps create a heightened level of perception, so that you can sense the location of the portal in your home. The journal can be written, typed or recorded first thing upon waking. If pressed for time, talk into a tape recorder and then label and save the tapes.

Keeping the journal also leads to a raised state of consciousness. The natural, safe way to astral travel is during sleep, but staying cognizant and alert while sleeping is a learned behavior. Keeping the Dreamtime Journal teaches you to remember your dreams, which requires you to pay attention while you're dreaming. Make a habit of this for even a short period of time, and you will awaken to the world of the Dreamtime dimension, where you can meet interdimensional travelers and become active in higher levels of group activity. When you record in your Dreamtime Journal that in your "dream" you were part of a group of people you didn't know, it means you participated in a higher level of group activity.

When two or more people are having nearly identical dreams, then if desired I am sharing email addresses so you can connect with each other. I had a dream of my own last night. In my dream my guides said to me, "A healing energy is encircling the Earth right now." I can feel it, can you? What a wonderful energy gift for us! We have made errors on this beautiful planet and not always perceived the Mystery, and the same is true of those who came before us. But with a healing energy we can forgive ourselves when falling short of our potential and we can look into our past and come to understand our motives, our dreams, our desires, and our fears. We can build a bridge through time to those selves who lived so long ago and achieved so much, and share with them the quality of our great love and our continuing efforts to go toward the light. And as we hold out our hands to them, we just need to remember to go in the direction of up, for the Light will always come from above. Striving toward the light, just like us, the spiritual ancestors of the Toltecs built Pyramid of the Sun in the direction of up.

Pyramid of the Sun, Teotihuacan

Twenty-five miles northeast of Mexico City are the remains of the largest pre-Columbian city in the western hemisphere. Teotihuacan, House of the Gods, was begun as early as 400 BCE by people related to the Toltecs, who dominated central Mexico from the 10th until the mid-12th century CE. It is from the Toltecs that the Aztecs claimed descent, as they explained to their Spanish conquerors.

Teotihuacan developed into an important city in the 1st c. CE until about 700 CE. The people who built Pyramid of the Sun in Teotihuacan had close and probably friendly contact with the Maya, who also constructed divinely inspired temple-pyramid architecture. These civilizations were highly influential in the development of the Aztec civilization that flourished from the 14th to the 16th c. CE. Pyramid of the Sun is one of the largest structures ever built by Native Americans. It covers more than 10 acres and is over 200 feet high.

The Aztecs worshipped several gods, important among them a sun god named Huitzilopochtli, god of war. He was depicted as a hummingbird or as a warrior wearing hummingbird feathers for armor. He required human blood and human hearts for nourishment. His sun disk is a reincarnation symbol known as the Aztec Calendar.

Huitzilopochtli had a sun god counterpart in ancient Egypt in the deity Ra or Re, also a Bird Tribe being. This sun god was depicted with a human body and the head of a hawk. Ra was considered the creator and controller of the universe, his chief symbols being the sun disk and the obelisk. Ra is most memorable as Amon-Ra, father of the gods. The most massive temple ever built was constructed for Amon-Ra at Al Karnak. Amon-Ra's high priests were as powerful as the pharaoh and one of them in particular, Pontiff Zeel, was especially powerful. I have learned in a mysterious way that the face on the Aztec Calendar known to the Aztec as Huitzilopochtli is also the face of Pontiff Zeel. Pontiff means High Priest and Zeel means return. (Ze = Ra or Re, El = turn) At the center of the sun disk of the Aztec is the face of Pontiff Zeel, High Priest of the Sun God Re-turns.

The name Pontiff Zeel was revealed to Yashah in 1988 when a UFO teleported to him a silver chain-link necklace and a silver shield, symbols of the Shield Guides. He was told at that time it was the Shield of Onfedei, having to do with the Queen's Chamber in the pyramid of Cheops, and the face on the shield was that of Pontiff Zeel. Recently, in meditation he was guided by Cheops to send me the silver chain and shield because I could identify the face of Pontiff Zeel. On the shield was the Aztec Calendar and the face of Huitzilopochtli. I translated the name Pontiff Zeel to arrive at its meaning, High Priest of the Sun God Re-turns.

Huitzilopochtli/Pontiff Zeel is a being known as a Draco or Draku, Lord of Karma, from which comes the myth of Dracula. Cheops also guided Yashah to send me a cube from his undiscovered sarcophagus. The cube was teleported to Yashah in 1994. It is clear plastic and contains a single crying tear. My guides told me it represents the tears of the Elders, the tears of doom they cry for Pontiff Zeel. Because I am a Shield Guide I was asked to channel and transmute that grief and to bring Pontiff Zeel into the Light of unconditional Love. And so, I cried a month of tears and I have extended my hand to Pontiff Zeel and together we are moving toward the Light in the direction of up. Is there someone to whom you can extend your hand? Is there someone you can bring into the Light?

Great Pyramid of Cheops, Giza, Egypt

The three major Egyptian pyramids at Giza are aligned to match the three stars in Orion's belt. This alignment is in accordance with Dwat, the art of placement as it was practiced in ancient Egypt, wherein the structures of the earth are positioned to mirror the architecture of heaven. Of the three pyramids, Cheops is the most significant because it contains a portal. In a fictionalized account of this, the movie Stargate, the portal links the pyramid to some far planet. The portal, according to the information recorded on the Phaistos Disk/Portal Disk, may be a direct link to a star portal/space station in the constellation Argo. On the Phaistos Portal Disk can be seen all three: the Great Pyramid, the star portal symbol and the constellation Argo. The disk also shows the location of portal inside the Great Pyramid (left). This image is revealed by connecting with lines the identical pictographs of the Golden Fleece. Other images reveal the Great Pyramid, revealed by dotting and connecting all the identical pyramid signs; the star portal Sirius, formed by dotting and connecting all the identical shield guide shields; the constellation Argo, formed by dotting and connecting all the identical star/pomegranate signs; the spirit tunnel entrance through the portal, revealed by connecting all the identical crested dancer signs.

Like the constellation Argo, known as Jason's Ship, is the 125 ft. "solar funeral" ship of the pharaoh Cheops, discovered in 1954 near the Great Pyramid. Egyptologists have identified the ship as a funeral vessel constructed to transport souls through the heavens in the path of the sun god Ra or Re. It's not very likely they would identify Cheop's ship as a symbol of the constellation Argo, where Cheops may have come from and where he may have returned to. His body was never found in the Great Pyramid or anywhere else.

Cheops' pyramid is supposed to have been built about 2700 BCE but no one knows this for sure. It could be very much older, but it is not as old as the Sphinx, which shows water erosion. Cheops is eroded by wind and sand.

Egyptologists want the Great Pyramid to be concurrent with the Epic of Gilgamesh in Sumer, the Indus Valley Civilization, the earliest construction of Stonehenge and early North American Mound Builders. Widely accepted is the theory that the Egyptian pyramids were built as royal tombs, yet no pharaoh has ever been found entombed in the pyramids.

Cheops, 450 ft. high, is believed by many to be built atop the convergence point of telluric energy at the symbolic geodetic center, the omphalos (stone navel), of the planet. Cheops could be a strong channel for earth energy that the human body converts to Kundalini energy moving through the chakra system. Sunk into the omphalos 600 ft. below the vertex of the pyramid is a 31x27 ft. subterranean chamber, like an electrical plug in an electrical outlet.

Also situated on the vertical axis is the Queen's Chamber, 18 ft. 10 in. x 17 ft. 2 in. Inside the chamber is a large, recessed niche, about 16 ft. high and 3 ft. 5 in. deep. In the niche is a portal, about the size of your fist. The Phaistos Disk/Portal Disk decipherment indicates an astronomer-priest sect sect convened inside Cheops, and they may have held their own version of Ritual of the Portal in the Queen's chamber. On the Phaistos Portal Disk is a configuration that pinpoints the location of the Queen's Chamber in the pyramid. The Isis-Osiris sect studied sacred geometry and astronomy, held initiations and worked together as a group to create a living light-body or Merkaba. The word is ancient Egyptian and means M(e)r = place of ascending; Ka = Spirit; Ba = Soul.

The Great Pyramid was known to the Isis-Osiris sect as Secret House, where they practiced their journeys in the afterlife by traveling in light-body to the 8th dimension, called the Ogdoad. This Heaven-Sphere, symbolized by the sphere atop the cross of the Egyptian Ankh, was called Thoth's celestial City of 8 and is symbolized by the infinity sign, or the figure 8. This appears on the Rod of Hermes as the intertwined serpents, Ida and Pingala, the subtle nervous system of the chakra system that is part of the mechanism for astral travel and mental projection. Thoth's City of 8 was believed to be the destination of souls after death when the material body is abandoned and the soul re-ascends the planetary spheres to merge with the dead god-man Osiris and with God. By building Merkabas, the members of the sect could preclude death by passing through the portal, thus negating the wheel of time and fatality.

Portals of Eternity:
Afterlife Passwords and Gatekeepers

This article is meant to shatter walls. Can we continue to accept old ideas because they're established, respected, revered, even beautiful? Maybe they worked once, but does it mean they keep on working? Old structures must come down in order for new structures to be built. In this ascension movement, are we layering brilliant new ideas on top of unimaginative, old thought patterns? Some of the old ideas we have are keepers, but how are we to know which ones if we don't take them out of the closets of our minds and examine them? We don't want to go the way of established religion, where nothing is ever challenged. I believe we can collectively decide what we like and what we don't like, and that makes it reality. Anything is possible in the kingdom we create.

This begins a look at the age-old idea of there being opposing forces in the universe, the interplay of these forces being responsible for creation and for keeping the world in motion. The light, or love-motivation force, and the dark, or fear-motivation force, are considered to be oppositional powers at work in the world. This is an ancient idea involving polarity, but is it now a dynamic, workable idea? By this I mean, even if it is true, are we required to subscribe to it, and if we don't collectively subscribe to it, or to any other idea we don't ourselves select, can we write it out of our reality? Before ascension can come to a planet, nonserviceable ideas have to depart. The following demonstrates this idea of positive and negative forces at work as it was widely expounded in the Mediterranean world between the 1st and the 4th centuries CE (Common Era). It represents the bringing forth and development of knowledge and ideas from ancient Egypt and the Isis-Osiris sect, ideas regarding the afterlife journey to the 8th dimension, called the Ogdoad, or Heaven-Sphere.

The central focus of all religions is the afterlife and its mysteries. The Christian version we are familiar with offers an image of St. Peter at the Pearly Gates of Heaven. The idea is that when we reach this point in our afterlife journey we will apply for admission, whereupon this angelic gatekeeper will review our qualifications and admit us or reject us depending upon the quality of our thoughts and deeds while we were in the flesh.

The gatekeeper will ask, 'Who are you or where are you from?' You are to say to him, 'I am a son, and I am from the Father.' He will say to you, 'What sort of son are you, and to what father do you belong?' You are to say to him, 'I am from the Pre-existent Father, and a son in the Pre-existent One'...When he also says to you, 'Where will you go?' you are to say to him, 'To the place from which I have come, there shall I return.' And if you say these things, you will escape their attacks. (The First Apocalypse of James, the Gnostic papyri) Brave ladies might try the response "I am a daughter and I am from the Mother," but this will presumably be moot because sexual orientation will be meaningless when we transcend duality and gain the perfection of androgyny.

The Gnostics and Christians of the early Common Era who expounded on these afterlife ideas based many of their extensive accounts of afterlife passwords and gatekeepers on their own subjective experiences involving inner world journeys. These journeys begin by moving ever inward along a lighted, spiraling tunnel to the inner planes, where the individual meets with archetypal energy expressing as geometrical formations. The soul has the opportunity of projecting ideas and various notions of the self into the geometry-intelligences (angels or angles), creating a rainbow mirror of the aspects of the self. As one travels higher, or further inward, these expressions gain in perfection so that the desired goal is to meet the archetypes in the Heaven-Sphere, where there is perfection of expression and where the I/Thou archetype is transcended. There is no more duality, only Oneness, so that the angel the soul meets in Heaven is the Self. As you read the following material, you can begin to see how the gatekeepers are mirrors of the self along the soul's journey to the Heaven-Sphere, where the Treasury of Light is beheld.

The Gnostics and Christians of the early Common Era circulated lists of passwords that the afterlife gatekeepers would accept, and many people kept lists of them written on their arms and legs in case of emergency. These passwords were also said to have been part of the teachings of Jesus.

Passwords and gatekeepers are also part of classical astrology, which were the laws of physics of the ancient world, blending better with religion then than now. The ancient Gnostics, many of their ideas descended from the archaic world of Persia and Mithraism, gazed up into the dome of night and derived from the starry heavens a system of correspondences and beliefs in which the physical and spiritual nature of humanity mirrors that of the celestial residents of the heavenly realms. In this As Above So Below philosophy, the stargazers recognized in the movement of the stars the Aeons of the Powers - the supernal beings in their eternal realms. They noted the Pole Star, the ruler of the heavens, and the brilliant beings of light revolving around it. This living vehicle of light was as a revelation to them. Below the sphere of these stars revolved the seven planets, including the sun and the moon and excluding earth, each with its portal and gatekeeper.

If these planetary gatekeepers were not supplied with the proper passwords by the human soul on its return journey to heaven, they would turn away a person and prevent that soul's progression to the upper realms. Without knowledge of the passwords, the soul and the remains of the physical body, having a specific gravity, would be pulled into the rotation of the sphere to revolve there forever or until an amnesty was given. An unfit soul might be forced to pass through the body of the constellation Draco, reptilian Lord of Karma whose tail dips down even into the deepest, darkest chasms of hell, the densest plane of existence. But high above the chasm and twinkling ethereally at the Pole Star sits Chasmodai, the Charioteer on his chariot-throne, redeemer and ruler of the earthly spheres of heaven. And this is the first password - Chasmodai.

Within this great allegorical scheme of things, the individual is not just a poor player, dependent on the mercy of gatekeepers, but instead a crucial partner in the operation of this system. In the incarnational process to birth, which serves the entire system and not just the individual, each person descends from heaven by successively passing from one planet and from one portal and gatekeeper to another. The gatekeepers gift each soul with positive and negative influences that become the spiritual energies that nurture the soul during a lifetime and that the soul assimilates by virtue of the chakra system. The human chakra system is an ancient Hindu concept that became interwoven with these Persian, Gnostic, and Christian ideas. It explains the physiological and psychic uses of these supernatural energies. Finally, at the moment of incarnation, the soul takes on the properties of matter - fire, water, air and earth. This idea of the four elements comes from ancient Sumer and was elucidated and passed on by Aristotle, to be embraced by the Gnostics and Christians as part of this afterlife philosophy. Upon acquiring the constituents of matter, the soul is born into flesh.

During one's lifetime, the gatekeepers play upon the negative attributes of the soul to turn a person away from truth and knowledge, while the good angels work with the positive planetary attributes to bring the person to enlightenment and Gnosis (spiritual knowledge). Within one's body the sons of Light and the sons of Darkness wage a war for the human soul. Because of the expanded consciousness and awareness of humanity, our world of extreme duality becomes a stage whereon these lightbeings and gatekeepers actualize themselves by playing out the eternal, celestial drama of good vs. evil, error vs. truth, light vs. dark, and God vs Satan.

At the end of life, and after the death transition, the soul begins its re-ascent to its heavenly origins, with individual access to the uppermost realms determined by the acquisition of gnosis and by knowledge of the passwords. The soul first encounters the Moon, its portal ruled by the charioteer gatekeeper we met earlier when we saw him sitting the Pole Star. He accepts his name as the password - Chasmodai.

The password Chasmodai signifies the soul's understanding of a certain concept, that the journey into the physical world is the journey into the chasm. The password Chasmodai means, "I have ascended the chasm." Upon hearing this the gatekeeper will open the gate, and the soul will pass through the portal. Another password will unlock this gate, and that password is "Gabriel," the name of the planetary angel. This password indicates the soul has gained an understanding of the purpose of the journey into the chasm, which is to learn the lessons of faith, hope, charity, and love. These four qualities are essential when approaching the next portal and gatekeeper. The portal of Mars is ruled by the terrifying Bartzabel, who frightens the souls and turns them back. Suddenly he revealed himself to them, approaching them in the form of lightning... Because of this, they were afraid and fell down, since they were not able to bear the appearance of the light which struck them...Therefore they fell down to the pit of ignorance which is called 'the Outer Darkness,' and 'Chaos' and 'Hades' and 'the abyss.' When the password Bartzabel does not work, and to prevent the return to the physical body via reincarnation, the brave souls must utter the password "Samael," God's blind planetary angel who cannot see the terrifying sight. This password indicates the soul's acquisition of endurance and enthusiasm while in the physical body, and these two qualities are an important shield against the powers of Bartzabel.

Many souls can never pass through the Mars portal to continue their ascent but are always turned away because they lack the fortitude to face Bartzabel. For this reason the Cosmic Christ force, who is empowered to upend and reverse everything, sacrifices itself through incarnation and the involution of physical death (a "descent into hell") so that the evolution of human souls can continue. The Cosmic Christ force is said to have merged with Jesus, and it was in this spirit of sacrifice that Jesus, by his death, lighted for us the way onto the Sacrifice Path or the path of Christ.

As the soul passes through the Mars portal and re-ascends to its heavenly origins, it sheds the planetary influences like layers of astral clothing, becoming lighter and lighter and gaining enlightenment.

The next portal is Venus, guarded by the gatekeeper Kedemel, who accepts this name as the password. The Venus portal is the Portal of Life, the cosmic womb through which the soul originally passed in order to gain the density of physical body and the accompanying ability to manipulate matter. This two-way portal, when approached during re-ascent, opens to the password "Arnad," the planetary angel who recognizes the soul's acquisition of a certain gnosis - the understanding of the relationship of physical love and spiritual love, which also finds earthly expression through the practice of Tantra Yoga. Love is the key that opens this portal, and the soul passes through.

Next, the soul must approach the portal of Mercury, ruled by the gatekeeper Taphthartharath, a name hard to remember and pronounce. The password to use here is "Raphael," the planetary angel who recognizes the soul's acquisition of memory, reason, and intelligence. These three qualities are useful when meeting this gatekeeper and getting his name right. The portal opens and the soul passes through.

The next portal is Jupiter, ruled by the gatekeeper Hismael. Now, the soul discards the residue of the four elements of matter and the astrological influences of the lower, visible world. The soul may use the password "Zadkiel," which indicates readiness to be transformed into an abstract, creative being. The portal opens, the soul passes through, and the transformation begins.

The next portal is Saturn, ruled by the gatekeeper Zazel. This is the penultimate gatekeeper, and a very dangerous one. The soul must not look back in yearning for the physical life, like Lot's wife looking back on Sodom and Gomorra. This gatekeeper has the power to chain a soul and cast it into the desert of Dudael on Saturn, which lies East of Eden. The rebellious angel Azezel, another name for the gatekeeper himself, was placed here on God's orders and chained by the angel Raphael, and he will do the same to the soul who looks back. And it has fettered them with its chains and bound all their limbs with the bitterness of the bondage of lust for those visible things that will decay and change and swerve by impulse. They have always been attracted downwards... (The Book of Thomas the Contender, Gnostic papyri)

Another password that will work here is "Cassiel," the planetary angel who recognizes the soul's higher creative faculties. The portal opens and the soul passes through.

The soul approaches the final portal of the Sun and utters the passwords "Sorath," the gatekeeper, and "Michael," the planetary angel. But, this portal requires more than passwords; it requires Mysteries. To pass through this portal, the earth self must re-unite with the immortal self - the twin self - before entering this cosmic alchemical furnace. Then, like the salamanders of alchemy, the soul and the immortal self enter the fiery furnace and safely exit this fire that does not consume. After this baptism by fire, the soul becomes a single being that is transcendent of the I/Thou archetype of existence. The soul feels no heat but experiences a blast of enlightenment in which all that remains of the physical self is burned away. Like the Phoenix, a new immortal soul shakes off the ashes and emerges.

At this moment of rebirth, the Virgin of Light appears and officiates the ceremony in which She baptizes the new soul with five seals and with the Mysteries. This gives safe conduct through the void. The perfected soul is forever released from the dance of death of the birth-rebirth process. The soul ascends through the void to the Gates of Heaven, where the celestial portal opens wide. In Heaven the soul is One with the angels and attains to the Treasury of Light, which is the reward for journeying through the chasm to acquire the essential attributes of faith, hope, charity, reason, endurance, joy, goodness, creativity, and love.

The Game of Life:
The Sacred Cosmic Ball Game

This is the second article in the series addressing the ancient idea of there being opposing forces in the universe that are responsible for creation and for the continued vitality, creativity and integrity of our world. The light, or love-motivation force, and the dark, or fear-motivation force, are thought to be oppositional powers at work in the world. If we sort ideas into one of these two categories, Love-motivation or fear-motivation, which ideas will fall into which category? For example, sort reincarnation and sort resurrection to see where these ideas will fit. Perhaps they come under the same category, being variations on the theme of eternal life. Sort salvation-from-without and also enlightenment-from-within into these two categories. Now, go back and look at these ideas. Which ones do you select? Do you believe you can alter your spirit-soul's destiny by altering your personal beliefs?

The following shows the idea of oppositional forces at play in the lives of humans, as it was perceived by the Aztecs and the ancient Indians of Central America. The Aztecs were once love-motivated and they were open to earth energy and the Kundalini power of the serpent energy, which they called Quetzalcoatl, Feathered Serpent. This good god of theirs was finally displaced by Huitzilopochtli, god or war and of the sun. The values of the Aztecs became warped as they were guided by this Karmic sun god to produce the horrors of their civilization that we are familiar with. It wasn't always that way. There was a time when they subscribed to the teachings of the Feathered Serpent, who spoke to them of love, of the purpose of existence and of the meaning of life.

About existence and the meaning of life, an enlarged perspective can sometimes be gained if we think of life as a game. In ancient Mexico, the early Aztecs, Mayas and Toltecs played a game called Ollin, the Sacred Cosmic Ball Game. The game symbolized the game of life and taught each individual spiritual knowledge and the importance of being able to successfully mediate and manage the strong "positive" and "negative" universal forces. In this game, which was played at a temple-pyramid, all the world's a stage whereupon these great cosmic forces play out the dramas within them. Center stage and in the starring role is each individual, who channels and mediates the forces and within whom the forces are reconciled. Each person is thus the center of the universe.

The Forces of Light are represented by the World of Quetzalcoatl, the Feathered Serpent. We are seeing again in again, in diverse ancient civilizations, this Kundalini serpent-bird symbolism. In the legend of the Aztecs, the priests had a vision in which they saw their people establish a great civilization in a marshy area where they would see a cactus growing out of a rock, and perched on the cactus, an eagle eating a snake. Today, the eagle, cactus and snake appear on all Mexican paper money. A plant growing from a stone, an alchemical symbol seen in alchemy of the 16th century and later periods, represents the Philosopher's Stone, resurrection symbol of eternal life.

Quetzalcoatl, the Feathered Serpent, is an ascension symbol. The serpent and the energy it represents have been transmuted to a bird and a different energy, and now can fly or ascend. A modern depiction of Quetzalcoatl is seen as earth energy (Dragon current) becoming Kundalini energy. This powerful energy is depicted as capable of blazing through the physical body, setting it afire and transforming the vehicle into bird energy or ascension energy. Is it surprising that we channel the earth energy into ourselves and out the top of our heads? If the energy is not carefully directed, it can produce warrior societies, as in the case of the Aztecs.

Quetzalcoatl is associated with Venus, the morning and evening star. He is also a symbol of death and resurrection. Quetzalcoatl's Forces of Light are:

Malinalli (Life),	Coatl (Creator),	Calli (Preserve),
Xochitl (Joy),	Itzcuintli (Love),	Mazatl (Peace),
Ollin (Power),	Cuetzpallin (Fertility),	Cuauhtli (Air),
Atl (Water).

His opponent is Tezcatlipoca, god of the night sky and symbol of death and reincarnation. The Forces of Darkness are represented by the World of Tezcatlipoca. The dark forces are:

Miquiztli (Death),	Cipactli (Idleness),	Cozcaquauhtli (Spoiler),
Acatl (Emptiness),	Ocelotl (Hatred),	Ozomatli (Inferior Man),
Tochtli (Weakness),	Tecpatl (Sterility),	Ehecatl (Violence),
Quiahuitl (Emotion).

The Sacred Cosmic Ball Game was a religious ritual game played on the steps of the temple-pyramids. The players were required to be knowledgeable in the sciences of time, astronomy, philosophy and similar disciplines that lead to wisdom. Without sound knowledge, the game of life cannot properly be played, and without wisdom it cannot fully be enjoyed. Priests wore symbolic masks to indicate the Power they represented in either the World of Quetzalcoatl or the World of Tezcatlipoca. Tla Man at the center of the game is humanity represented by a priest wearing a human mask.

The object of the game was for a player to move toward the top of the pyramid while assisted by the Forces of Light. The Forces of Darkness tried to drive the player down to the lower levels and off the pyramid. At the top of the pyramid is the portal to Otherworld, where one dimension converges with another. The players could move only up or down and could not stay in one place for long. No horizontal movement was allowed. At the higher levels of the pyramid stood the priests masked as the Powers of Darkness, who tried to push the player down to the lower levels where the representatives of the Powers of Light symbolized the lifting of the player upward. Players reaching the top of the pyramid defeated gravity and their spirits become one with the Light. The portal to Otherworld opened to them and they escaped the reincarnation forces of time and fatality.

A player advanced to a higher level according to whether his deeds and thoughts matched those of the Forces of Light. The player must move down the pyramid if they matched those of the Forces of Darkness. Prior to the game each player tried to accumulate small round rubber balls, awarded for every good deed. During the games these balls were given to the masked priests representing the Powers at work in the universe with whom the players cooperated. When a player was reduced to only one ball remaining, he was out of the game. This motivated each person to practice good deeds and thoughts everyday, to cooperate with the Forces of Light so that he might collect enough balls to stay in the ball game. The punishment for bad deeds and thoughts is early retirement from the game.

By this game of Ollin the priests were successful in instilling a moral code into the society, as well as teaching the foremost principles of this cosmology. The priests could effectively teach each member of the society about the higher calling of an individual, about that person's place and purpose in the universe, and about what one could expect at the next level of existence. The ultimate lesson to be learned in the Game of Life is that a human spirit can exist and be productive at various levels of mastership according to spiritual perfection and growth, and individual desire to align with the powers of Love and Light. Isis and Osiris:
For Love of Typhon

This is the third article on the idea of reciprocal as being the harmony of the cosmos. There could not be apart good things and bad, but there's a blend of both so as to make things fair. (Plutarch) The following Isis-Osiris mystery-myth demonstrates the ancient concept of duality as it was expressed in the persons of good-doing Osiris and wicked Typhon, with Isis as the Intermediate Principle, representing transcendence of duality. But how does she bring about the transcendence? Where Osiris is Mercy, represented by his crook, and Typhon is severity, represented by the scourge, Isis Unveiled unites them within herself by her unconditional love, her compassion and her responsive sexuality.

The three of them, Osiris, Typhon and Isis, represent the Three Primordial Principles of positive, negative and neutral, creating a dimension or plane of existence upon which the cosmic powers can actualize themselves through us, their human counterparts. If we accept this tri-fold energy concept as cosmic law, what does it means in terms of structuring our own reality and consciousness for the new millennium? How can the earth goddess society energies of love, compassion, mercy and forgiveness be released from the entrapment of religious institutions and widely promoted? The following is the story of the earth goddess Isis' love for Osiris and her compassion for Typhon.

In the beginning Thoth and Rhea, the Father-Mother, were in love. Rhea worshipped Thoth, and Thoth served Rhea. Within Rhea's Womb life began to form. The life therein was the vast vortexes and spiraling galaxies of the universe, and all was motion within her. Thoth introduced order into Rhea - creating space-time - and she gave birth to Osiris. A voice fell out with him announcing the good-doing Osiris is born. Next came his brother Elder Horus, a prophetic birth, followed by the wicked Typhon who leapt forth most unnaturally from Rhea's rib, preempting his sister Isis who should have come before him. Next was born Nephthys, her name meaning End. Isis and Osiris were in love and were born married. Also were Typhon and Nephthys but they hated each other. Thus was duality established.

Osiris was a God-man and carried a scepter symbolizing his power. He traveled all over the cosmos and brought order to the visible universe. His name is derived from sairein meaning sweep clean, and he swept clean the world. He provided fruit for everyone and taught them geometry so they could have health and wisdom. Osiris was a heaven-walker and he also sailed the heaven-ocean in his ship the constellation Argo.

While Osiris was away bringing order to the visible universe, his brother Typhon tried to take his throne. The goddess Isis held the throne for Osiris and kept Typhon at bay until Osiris could return. She had some sway over Typhon because he had been born a serpent, and out of compassion for him she split his tail in half lengthwise so he could have legs and walk upright. Typhon was a reptile with legs.

When good-doing Osiris returned from arranging the universe, he had been gone so long that he mistook Nephthys for Isis and slept with her, causing the birth of Anubis. No one would have known of his indiscretion except that he dropped a wreath of honey-clover from his pocket onto the bed, where Typhon later found it and swore to kill him. Isis found out about it, also. When Nephthys gave birth to Anubis, she left him exposed to die, out of fear of Typhon, but compassionate Isis went looking for the baby and saved it.

Typhon, plotting to kill Osiris, built a coffin-chest to would fit him exactly. He tricked Osiris into getting inside it, whereupon he closed the lid and threw the coffin into the Nile. Mythical creatures in the form of pans and satyrs spread the news everywhere of Osiris' dire fate and a panic broke out. Isis, all distraught, took her 3-pronged scepter, her symbol of power, and set out in her papyrus skiff to find Osiris. No one could help her except for Anubis, who knew what had happened and who told Isis. Anubis was loyal to her because she had saved him at birth.

With a broken heart, Isis began her search to find Osiris. She set out in her papyrus skiff onto the Nile where Osiris' coffin had been wave-tossed into the papyrus swamps of the Delta. It came to rest in Byblos against a heather-bush, which grew into a beautiful heather-tree because it grew around the coffin and body of Osiris. The king of Byblos cut the tree and used it as a pillar in the roof of his palace. He left behind a tree with 5 branches.

Isis found her way to Byblos, where the queen hired her as a nurse for her baby son Diktys. Isis nursed the baby with a finger of her right hand because she was a goddess, and with her left hand she beat her breast in mourning for her husband Osiris. Isis revealed her identity, becoming Isis Unveiled, and opened the tree trunk pillar, retrieving the damaged coffin-chest and body of Osiris. She placed it in her skiff and took it back to Egypt, where she hid it in the marsh swamps of Buto.

Typhon was out hunting pigs in the light of the moon with his hunting dogs when he found the coffin-chest of Osiris. He opened it and chopped the body into 14 pieces with his hatchet, scattering the pieces everywhere. Once again, Isis set out in her skiff to find Osiris, finding all of his pieces except for his phallus, which was eaten by the sharp-snout fish and the Nile crab. She took the pieces and buried them in the cities of Egypt, guaranteeing so many burial places of Osiris that Typhon could never find him. The Egyptians celebrated the Burials of Osiris by cutting a tree-trunk and making it into a crescent-shaped coffin.

Horus, the son of Osiris, came forth to avenge his father's death. He wore on his head the plumes of Isis and Nephthys, his plumes of power. The falcon on the perch was his symbol and also the golden hawk flying with the lodestone, the Bone of Horus. The Horus bird and the Typhon snake -- the sacred serpent-bird is Kundalini symbolism found in ancient Egypt.

The battle between Horus and Typhon and their enemy camps lasted for many days and Horus won. He tied and bound Typhon, intending to kill him, but compassionate Isis set Typhon free. Osiris:

"Himself is far, far from the earth, unspotted and unstained, and pure of every essence that is susceptible of death and of decay. Nor can the souls of men here [on the earth], swathed as they are with bodies and enwrapped in passions, commune with God, except so far as they can reach some dim sort of a dream [of Him], with the perception of a mind trained in philosophy. But when [their souls] freed [from these bonds] pass to the Formless and Invisible and Passionless and Pure, this God becomes their guide and king, as though they hung on Him, and gazed insatiate upon His Beauty, and longed after it--[Beauty] that no man can declare or speak about. Setting up Your Portal

I hope can all start on time and do the ritual together. If not, perform this ritual when you can. On the same day or the 6th or the 8th would be great. About 300 of us will be participating all over the planet, some actively and others in mind and idea. In this ritual we hope to establish the foundation of a group consciousness.

You may set up your portal anyway you like, as a circle, as an altar, as a specific design. I plan to construct mine in the following way. First, I will turn off my computer nearby because I will be working with two portal disks: Side 1 or Side 2 of the Phaistos Portal Disk and the Enochian Disk. Left is the Enochian Disk, which many consider to represent dark forces. Use it carefully and with full understanding of what you are doing - setting yourself up for an experience like this can be quite powerful.

This will be a very powerful ritual because we will be working with light and dark forces to activate the spiral energy needed to empower our living light-body, or Merkaba, through the planetary etheric matrix via inner plane portals to reach the Treasury of Light. The Phaistos Portal Disk is a portal opening disk, an open-ended geometric design, and the Enochian Disk is a portal closing disk, a close-ended geometric design.

The Enochian Disk was received in a mysterious way in the 16th century by John Dee, court astrologer for Elizabeth I (whose name is spelled out on the disk) and his associate, the alchemist Edward Kelley. According to them, they were crystal gazing and saw the disk materialize in the obsidian "shewstone." Appearing with it was a young angel about eight or nine years old named Madimi, who instructed them on the design and lettering of the disk. John Dee named one of his daughters Madimi. On comparison of the Phaistos Portal Disk and the Enochian Disk you can see how similar they are, the only two such disks and designs known to exist at this time.

At the center of the Enochian Disk is the word "Zeel," meaning re-turn, impossible to see on the web page and the printout. Also on the disk is the word "El," meaning "turn." In this context, I am interpreting "El" to mean turn and gauge, because the Enochian Disk fits over the Aztec Calendar. If you would like to see this match, email me and I will send you both drawings so you can see how the Enochian Disk is used to "turn and gauge" the Aztec Calendar. In this opening-closing ritual we will not be using the Aztec Calendar. We will use the Phaistos Portal Disk to open further the portal at Cheops Pyramid and then, using the Enochian Disk, close the Pyramid of the Sun portal when we are finished.

I plan to use my quartz to make the design of the constellation Orion, because the three pyramids at Giza are aligned to match the three stars in Orion's Belt. This is an "As Above, So Below" configuration. In the top section of Orion, I will place the Phaistos Portal Disk and in the bottom section I will place the Enochian Disk. Near each disk I will make an Egyptian Ankh cross with quartz. The Ankh is a "T" shaped cross with a circle resting atop the horizontal bar. Use anything magical you like, runes, quartz, whatever you have that is special for you to design this cross. I also will scatter various types of quartz and rose petals all over Orion. I plan to light candles before I begin the ritual, but I won't be lighting them during the ritual as we have done in the fire rituals. Instead, I will place 4 small bowls of earth in the 4 directions of the portal layout.

The ancient Egyptians thought of God as Light, Great Creator. Their name for the Creator God was Ptah. In this pyramid ritual we will call for Ptah Great Creator to shine the Boundless Light of creation upon us, to allow the Egyptian Shield Guides to pass through the pyramid portals, and to help empower our Spirit-Souls through the etheric planetary portals. Let us begin.

Light, Great Creator, we see your eternal power. From a beginning boundless to an endless end You create the galaxies and spin them with your whirl. Ptah Creator God, hear us now we beseech thee.

Propel my Spirit-Soul through the portals to the heaven-sphere. No passwords are needed now, no gatekeepers block my path. I ascend on spiral energy past the Moon, past Mars and Venus. I ascend on spiral energy past Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn and the Sun.

Light, Great Creator, the road of souls is open to your heaven-plane. Send the Virgin of Light to seal my soul against heaviness of heart. Light is on my face and on the face of my twin soul and we are oneness. We ascend and see the Great God in the shrine of the Treasury of Light.

Earth Ritual Results

About these ritual results, I think you will find them to be almost unbelievable, but in explanation of the Great Mystery they describe, consider this. The relationship to God the Transcendent is a function of You.

This is my ritual result. After I performed the ritual, I discovered an apport. From the French apporter, apport means to bring. It is the penetration of matter by objects which seem to enter the room through solid matter. In this case the apport came through my portal. When we performed the Rock Eagle ritual, I used a glass jar of water from the Chalice Well at Glastonbury Tor. It was given to me by Cynthia at a gathering in her home in North Carolina. At the end of the pyramid ritual, I had not one but two identical glass jars of Chalice Well water.

The second glass jar appeared after I spoke the ritual words. My voice was different, and the words came out of me with an impressive tone of power and authority. I loved the feel of the words and the flow of the ritual. I said the ritual twice, to experience the voice and the words again. I meditated for about 1-1/2 hours, as long as the sublime, deeply cellular feeling lasted. Then I felt energetic and decided to move four milky quartz Rock Eagle rocks in my bedroom to outside on the patio. When I picked up the rocks I saw the second jar of Chalice Well water between the rocks and my printer.

The jars are twins in every way. The original jar is transparent glass with a black plastic lid with dust. The water is clear with white particles floating. The water has a distinct odor. On the bottom of the lid are the letters MRP in an oval. Beneath that are the numbers and letters, 70MM. On the bottom of the jar are the numbers 2244, the letter B in a circle, bottom center, and to the left of the B, the number 5. Below the B the number 6, the number associated with Merkaba.

The new jar is the same size exactly as the original jar. It is transparent glass with a black plastic lid with dust, identical to the original jar. The water is clear with white particles floating. The water has the same distinct odor. The new jar contains the same amount of water the original jar contained before I used it in the Rock Eagle ritual. On the bottom of the lid of the new jar are the letters MRP in an oval. Beneath that are the numbers and letters, 70MM. On the bottom of the new jar are the numbers 2244, the letter B in a circle, bottom center, and to the left of the B, the number 5. Below the B the number 5, the number associated with the Grail. The jars are numbered sequentially and in descending order, like the vessels of the Kabala Tree of Life. I call the twin jars Ka and Ba, as in the pyramid ritual:

Ka is Spirit, the jar from above, and Ba is Soul, the jar from below. Collectively, they are Kabala.

The Chalice Well at Glastonbury Tor, in the county of Somerset, England, is supposed to have hidden within it the Holy Grail, making the water holy and healing. The Grail is believed to be the chalice used by Jesus at the Last Supper. It is supposed to have miraculous powers and was sought for by the Knights of the Round Table, the perfect spiritual knighthood, for whom the Grail materialized at the Round Table. Glastonbury means Glass Castle, an esoteric reference to the glass wall between chakras 6 and 7, two of the life-giving energy centers of the chakra system in the body. The Grail is the symbol of the highest spiritual fulfillment, or chakra 7, the crown chakra.

To reach the energy wheel of chakra 7 and attain the Grail, the spiritual knight embarks on an inner world journey through the strange and mysterious chakra system comprising the psychical self. In this interior land of myth and metaphor, dreams and portals, stairways and houses, there exists an obstacle to be overcome and a trial to be passed by the spiritual knight. The obstacle is an impassible, transparent glass wall, part of a glass castle in an enchanted land of Kundalini/Camelot where Merlin the magician lives. In the land of Kundalini/Camelot are only two principalities, named Eros and Thanatos - Sex and Death. When the obstacle is passed the rewards are great, but the glass wall cannot be climbed, it is too high. It cannot be gone under, it is too deep. It cannot be gone around, it is too wide. It cannot be broken, it is too thick.

To enter the glass castle and attain the magical realm of chakra 7, the knight transcends the I/Thou archetype of our world of apparent extreme duality, and realizes subject and object are one. At the moment of realization the knight sees the glass wall and says, "I am that," then BECOMES the glass wall, passes beyond the self and enters the land of Camelot and the realms of the crown chakra, where our mortality and our immortality are one.

I did this ritual and I coincidentally (not) met a reiki master and ever since, my crown chakra has been opening more and more, easily too.

Glyns Lowery: From the onset, I would like to say that I'm not unfamiliar with rituals and their power. I have been involved in rituals, initiations and spiritual phenomena for most of my 42 years. So I was interested to observe my heightened sense of excitement and anticipation during the three days preceding the Ritual.

I have always been an Egyptologist and my house is full of replicas of artifacts (all of which I lovingly used in my Ritual). I also have a special love for Egy. symbols, particularly the Ankh and the Eye of Maat (later commandeered by Horus) which I also used. So I wasn't too surprised when two days before the Ritual, I had a vision of a past life initiation in an inner chamber of a pyramid. The interior of the sarcophagus, the chanting of the priests and priestesses and the darkness and fear when they enclosed me in the tomb were all very vivid. I wasn't even surprised when the night before the Ritual, an Egy. guide, resplendent in dazzling gold and white, visited me. He spoke about the importance of the Ritual and said he would be with me during it's entirety. I felt his presence constantly up to, during and after the Ritual. He is here with me now as I type these words.

I had such a lot of fun preparing for it. I had pictures of Orion and, as you suggested, I used crystals to map it out ( in my case, large quartz spheres). I used lots of other crystals (all quartz except for a big piece of black tourmaline to help keep the energies grounded - an inspired addition for which I was grateful later), Egy. paraphernalia and jewelry. As I live in an apartment, I used dirt from my pot-plants!

After setting up and about 20 minutes before the ceremony, I lit a candle and sat before it to prepare myself. I took your point about there being no need for candles this time but try as I might, I couldn't extinguish it. So I left it burning throughout the Ritual.

At the appointed time, I began the Ritual in the company of all my unseen friends, my Egy. companion and a host of observers and participants. Although I was alone in the physical, my apartment was crowded. My sense of participation and excitement was at a peak as I commenced. As I read the words, it was if it was another voice speaking, full of power, authority and controlled emotion as a huge vortex of power and light came down (or rose up) from the sacred space I had created. It was so powerful I actually thought I would be lifted up into it and I'm reminded now of the movie "Twister". Majesty filled the room.

When I finished speaking the words of the Ritual, my Egy. companion arrived and spoke to me about the experience and future action in which I would be engaged. After that (or before, I can't remember), an enormous gold disk appeared above me and poured out a stream of brilliant, golden light. This seemed to last for ages. Then I became aware of my surroundings and the Ritual ended. The candle extinguished effortlessly.

I am not the sort of person who is given to having "experiences" for the sake of them. In fact, I tend to "test the spirits" quite severely before I'm convinced of the authenticity of an experience. I know this was real. My heightened sense of anticipation, my pre-ritual experiences and the Ritual itself convinced me that this was a momentous occasion full of light and power.

Thank you, Claire, for giving me the opportunity to participate. While I am somewhat aware of the importance of the Ritual for the Planet, I also have a glimmer of understanding of it's importance for me on a personal level. I feel the opening of the Portal and the resulting release of energy and light has begun a process that will create shifts in many areas of my life.

This wasn't just another ritual and I look forward to being involved in those planned for the future. In the meantime, all blessings to you, the Shield Guides and all who participated.

I made a layout of pyramids. One large solid brass pyramid, one crystal pyramid and one lapis pyramid. I placed these where I felt the portal was. I burned frankincense incense and 2 yellow candles. Then I took my special crystal and intuitively made a ring around it with some small amethysts. I also had a piece of azurite and gem silica.

I started out as I always do with a warm up of Kundalini breathing exercises. I was listening to some hemi-sync music called "transformation." I felt it was appropriate. While I was meditating each time I would hum I could feel a resonance like I have never felt before. When I was done with all the exercises, I got up and kneeled so that I could look in the mirror. This usually brings me into an altered state of mind to where I can see parts of my aura. I saw a purple tube of light (which I have seen before) above my head and up to the ceiling. Then the usual purple and green colored lights on the wall came within my vision. First from above and seemed to disappear into the top of my head. I felt nothing. Then the colored light, predominantly a luminous green began to fill my vision from all around me. It still was disappearing as it came close to me. Either into the top of my head or into my energy field, I guess. At one point I saw some diagonal lines jutting out to my right and my eyes felt all glassy-eyed as the green light filled my vision. In my peripheral vision I could see movement all around me. As I am writing this I see luminous flashes of tiny star-shaped sparkles of light as if they were going bing, bing, bing, and then gone.

In the early morning following the ritual, around 6:00, my son Kevin came into the bedroom nonchalantly and says, "MOM, I JUST RAN THROUGH A WHITE GLOW IN THE HALL. IT HAD A FACE TO IT!" No kidding word for word. He thinks he saw a ghost and he WAS NOT AFRAID. I must be doing something right!

For quite a while not much was happening and I gently pushed away thoughts that liked to arise - I had not prepared the portal well enough - had to scold the dog - that I definitely was not in Egypt - I was in Mesoamerica and sometimes I was one of those steep pyramids and I wondered what was inside them comparable to my own body centers and systems - then I relaxed into these somewhat negative thoughts and accepted them as such and mentioned the password Chasmodai and Gabriel just in case......shortly after that I found myself seriously contemplating how it felt to meet a being so pure and Godlike that I would give all I had to serve and love one such and it was very clear that no God-king nor hero would do - only a pure avatar. It was a new and unknown feeling.

Light started slowly to come through the portal - it was yellow but had a sluggish and not pure radiance / vibration. I shifted from being cold and hot and tingling for the rest of the sitting.....Suddenly there was a flash of brilliant crystal clarity near my field of inner vision and I followed it and for a while I was trying to erect the clearest crystal I have ever witnessed in some square and planning to attract the people from all around....Then the five-sided crystal (do not know the name for it) was inside me or I was it and the light - now bright and clear and really flowing - kept streaming in through my right eye and I watched with wonder how the light turned into crystal form in the third dimension and then with still more wonder how the light kept on streaming in and charging the crystal and how endlessly a crystal could receive and hold such high and intense frequency / energy..... until I could no more and closed the sitting sprinkling a little earth with the fingers and the touch of the earth brought me instantly back....

My husband joined me during the sitting ...his story was that he immediately went up somewhere and there he came across an (air) tunnel and flew along it for a while or he himself became the CONCEPT of the tunnel and he oscillated between these the whole time except for a short while sensing himself as a tall man with narrow waist and broad shoulders.

I tried to do the portal activation ritual at home on 7th December 2.00am (according to your clock I think), although I was lack of some materials I completed the soul saith. After then I began to meditate and when I closed my eyes I saw spiral energies bursting from the portal disk on my table. I don't know maybe I just imagined them, or I saw what I want to.

Have just completed my ritual and set up much like yours, I did mine in the lounge, on a large wooden coffee table, with all my crystals and pottery bowls and flowers and petals, and disks of course.

After the ritual I meditated and was floating above the ground watching myself dressed in gold carrying a bowl of fruit to the opening in the pyramid I went in and placed the bowl at the feet of the statue of god...and then left and passed another women carrying something in, there were four of us, then we went and sat at the four corners of the pyramid outside and meditated after a while we levitated up to the point of the pyramid and energized some more and then scattered to the four winds where we were then beamed up to the mother ship.........

Thank you for providing me with the info regarding the meditation for the portal ritual (Cheops). I would like to tell you my results. This is the first one I have done, though I have added my mental/psychic energy to the others that you have done (at the specific times).

My husband and I did this one, in my new meditation room. It had been a very chaotic storage room calling out for more purpose. I worked hard to change it over, and in doing so had several surprises. One "surprise" was the (West) corner of the room that is now the "Altar". The first night my friend and I (who channel once a week) began to channel, we realized that this was also a "portal" for a group of beings directly connected to the ley-lines of the earth (magnetic grid). They were very disturbed by what had transpired (the mad rush to haul all the storables out of the room) and were trying to make order again. (Basically my chaos WAS their order...and when I ordered things (cleaned up) it created chaos (in the energy fields). There was much to exchange about each of us as they did not interact with humans, and could not understand the discrepancies with us (that we see as normal, such as why do we have Light (candles) when we are in the dark (room) For a short while I need to inform them of my goings-on in that space, (as they aren't going to vacate- as the land changes right there and they need to stay to fulfill their purpose and lessons).

I set up my portal space as a circle of crystals (pointing inward) with some stone pyramids and circular fossils (such as trilobites and nautilus) East, West, North and South had brass plates of Soil. We were seated inside circle. When we finished ritual and closed eyes for the meditation, I was immediately impressed with a very strong circular energy pattern that kept moving faster and faster as it finally was a disk hurled quickly into space past Venus. At that point I knew I could be both in space and Earth at the same time. In the west corner (altar), a portal door appeared, and 4 Lightbeings stepped thru. There were 2 adults and 2 children (same as my family) and they explained that they, too, were doing lessons like we were, only not in a physical way. They imbued us with light from their heart centers and told me it would now be easier for us to be here (earth) as humans have so many distractions to keep us from what our Real Purpose is. I asked to hold their children (and did) and they held ours (and told me it wasn't the first time they have held ours, either!)

At that point I decided to go into space with the voice that was speaking to me (not the lightbeing) a kindly, elderly gentlemen's voice (tho sometimes it changed to female) I could not see him/her but trusted (from my channeling experiences) his/her energy pattern as "safe". He took me to a planet/star that was where several "junior" creators were working. They had what appeared to be humanoid torsos on tables trying to create the energy needed to make appendages (arms, legs) There were already adept in creating other forms....This was like a school or university. (I was even shown one creating magnificent flowers, something I love on Earth)

Then I was taken to a planet/star of Learning, and was told that this is where ALL go to learn. (Even as earth children in schools when we learn, a part of us goes here to do it) I asked if this was the akashic records..He answered "No", but that they existed here too.. but one didn't need to go to the akashic records to get here, one needed only to LEARN.

Next he asked me what would I like to see. I asked if there were a place like this for Healing. He said "yes" and took me to a planet/star that was involved in that. It was a very serene and quiet place with (what appeared) all female spirit energies. They were all in flowing robes with hoods (Very Mother Mary-ish). We had to be very quiet and gentle here as he told me that Healing is a very Balanced thing,, and even us being here could upset that balance. I asked if I could have a healing.

I was sitting then and one came over and proceeded to imbue a very misty green white "light" over me (sorta blob-style) I could not feel it but it started to spiral and send off a pink hue as it rounded my body. I asked if my husband could have it, and He replied "He must ask for it" (of course, how silly) but he told me that while I was here I could send my husband the same energy (which I did).

I began to understand how there are parallel universes with beings that are involved in many of the things we are, some directed at helping earth, some busying themselves with their own tasks, and that these beings are both here (Earth) and where they reside,,, just as we are also, (Because of our Spiritual and Soul bodies being Everywhere, not just on Earth). The voice asked if I wanted to see anything else.. I asked him if there was an equivalent to our money system. He said yes and took me to a planet of nothing but small plutonium balls mimicking our landscape. He told me that we have to stop seeing it as a form of "exchange" and instead see it as "A Flow". (The planet had many "waterfalls" which represented the flow of money on Earth, but many stagnant non-moving areas of balls...that represented our convoluted ideas of saving, hoarding and restricting flow of money. These areas started to meld together and become solid masses, not circular balls as before. I instantly understood many concepts of BEING..tho I thought I understood much before this. I asked for messages for myself and husband and it was Osiris that delivered them to me. They were very relevant to us both. (I will not print them)... We were told that ANYTIME one can access this Energy/Portal/Communion, and that we must stop seeing ourselves as separate. Soon, more will know of our star-seeded space heritage and Humanity shall prosper as never before. The next day I was directed to study up on the Photon Belt, and its effects and changes to Earth in the coming times. My husband had many similar space orientations in his meditation, too. I hope to hear more from the others who have participated in this meditation and ritual.

I went to my journey class tonight (Tuesday night after the ritual) and the following is what happened. I kid you not! I could not wait to get home and write to you. See I told you I feel connected in some way to you and your work.

FIRST INTENT

Journey to the upperworld and explore

My way up there was through a tube of white light. I stood in my bathroom and was partially there when a hawk appeared. I rode the hawk up to a cloud and he disappeared. I saw pinpoints of flashing white light in each eye and the usual purple color I see during meditation. Eve, says that she thinks I stayed in the middle world. Also my ears were ringing. I had window crystal on forehead, and a double terminated crystal in each hand.

SECOND INTENT

Journey to the upperworld to meet a teacher. Ask for information that might be helpful and what I can do to help them.

My way up was to try and use a star and then as in my dream, I am standing in the yard and see the hawk come spiraling towards me. I climb on the hawk and we start swirling or zig-zagging up higher and higher. I can feel my body getting lighter and lighter. My ears start ringing. The hawk pierces through a cloud and keeps swirling higher and higher. My body feels like it is floating. It is tingly and spinning. Suddenly, I hear, "I am here." I ask, "Do you have any information for me and is there anything I can do for you or for humanity?" I hear, "Yes. Read This Book Sirius Mystery. It is time for your Spiritual Ascension. You must leave your physical body so I can show you." I felt myself leaving my body. It was as if my physical body was still and my spirit was spinning out of my body. We had a conversation about my personal ascension. (I don't recall) I ask, "What is your name?" I hear, "Alavar." I feel a smile peel across my face. I recognize Alavar's name. He has spoken to me before. I have no visual of any of this. He said, "Someone wants to meet you." Then he was gone. Then I hear, "I am Christ the Lord." I say to myself, "No, I must be making this up." Then I hear it again in a deep voice, "I am Christ the Lord!" I feel a surge of energy run through my body. Not unlike anything I have felt before, but different. Then Eve, our teacher, started bring us back and I said, "No No No No!" I wanted so badly to stay. As I was coming back I heard a swirling noise in my right ear. When it was over I was back!

I know you are not a dream interpreter but because of the association with dreams in your past article I thought it might not hurt to just ask..Is there anything relative about a dream with a HUGE tower building or HUGE slender building that stands next to a school on a hill? I was absolutely at a standstill at it. The building had been built very quickly and was overwhelming. I know it means SOMETHING! Seems I was looking at it from another view too this time from midway like I was in a city like building looking out of a window straight at it..I was also afraid of its height. At a ground level it became made of bricks like on a well, and the foundation looked dangerous, leaning. On the other side there was a holding tank filled with water, it was rectangular with a bend and contained two whales or part dolphin mammals, one was dead the other was not...It was one of those dreams that seemed more real with high intense emotions.. About Chantyl's dream: Obelisks of Ra at Heliopolis

Ra or Re is the sun god depicted with a human body and the head of a hawk. Ra's chief symbols were the sun disk and the obelisk, a tall, four-sided tapering shaft or tower terminating in a pyramid. In ancient Egypt, pairs of these huge towers, each cut from a single piece of red granite and set on a cubical base, often flanked temple entrances. The chief temple of Ra was at the city of Heliopolis, an important learning center.

Heliopolis ("city of the sun") is about 10 km (about 6 mi) northeast of Cairo. Known as Per-Ra ("City of Ra"), it is referred to in the Bible as On, Aven, and Beth-Shemesh. 13,00 priests and slaves were there. Most of the religious literature of ancient Egypt was written by those priests, who were renowned for their learning. When Rome occupied Egypt, the obelisks of Heliopolis were removed.

Not sure about the whales/dolphins, but they are depicted in Bronze Age art throughout the Mediterranean civilizations. Maybe those dolphins were caught in the Mediterranean and put in the pool next to the obelisk. One of them died.

We had a group of 5 people and after some preparatory raising of the vibration thru chant, song, and prayer/invocations, we proceeded to do the 21 breath merkaba meditation immediately followed by the portal ritual you supplied. We did set up the ankh, used the 4 bowls of earth, and also the Orion configuration as you suggested. The energy was incredible and several times we had flashes of light from above. Everyone felt literally transported away; however, we all seemed to have some memory lapse as to what happened during that part.

For myself, I saw and experienced the Divine Mother energy along with several other Divine Hierarchical beings. Then suddenly a door opened and an Egyptian priest (he had that strange kilt looking thing on and a headpiece of some kind) appeared and held out his hand to me. It is hard to remember ever having felt such love flowing forth from a being before. I received a telepathic message as he beamed great love (agape type)at me that we had not been together for several centuries and that it was almost time to "come home." Although I am not a twin soul devotee, this is almost the feeling I had from him but more so like a missing part. We sat in silence for quite some time after the ritual not wanting to dilute the feeling.

First, to tell you about my experience of the Portal Opening Ritual, which I did synchronously with you at 3:30pm Hawaii time. I arranged my portal with the Phaistos disk and Enoch disk, and crystals arranged to form the shape of Orion and Canis Major. For Sirius I used a clear quartz carved in the shape of a dolphin, and a blue tachyon stone.

My experience was mainly one of SOUND. Though I live on a narrow, tree-lined lane that's ideal for meditation, I experienced an amazing surge of noise when I started my ritual with a unified chakra meditation. As soon as I expanded my heart chakra to encompass the throat and solar plexus, there was a sudden burst of car sounds, party sounds and voices from the frat house nearby, dogs barking and different kinds of music coming simultaneously from several directions. All of this noise at once just never happens here. I concentrated on surrounding my personal portal, and the all-embracing portal, with a mesh of golden light, and the noise receded.

I felt a special connection with Ptah during the ritual prayer, perhaps in part because I'm working on the opening creation sequence (including the birth of Osiris, Isis, Nepthys, Seth and Horus) from the theatre piece I told you about, and Ptah is much on my mind and in my heart. I felt that I was not petitioning Ptah as using my voice to assist our communications with him. I read the prayer aloud, and voice during this invocation to Ptah took on a particular tone, melody and cadence that did not happen during any of the other stanzas.

In the next stanza, I felt that a very rapid chakra realignment was happening. I felt a sensation of heat in my solar plexus on the words "Osiris, shield us, guide us" and then felt the heat move into my heart on the invocation to Isis, and into my throat as I invoked Thoth.

Another very unusual sound came on the line "Thoth, shield us, guide us." I heard, as I've never heard before here, the voices of hundreds of birds singing loudly in the trees that surround my house. Unlike the first sounds that I described above, however, these bird sounds were not a distraction or an obstacle to meditation. Rather, the birds seemed to be greeting and acknowledging Thoth. I felt his energy in my throat as I toned along with the birds.

As I invoked Horus, the heat sensation moved into my third eye and became much stronger. I felt that I'd BECOME the Horus hawk, looking on the earth from the sky. And when I invoked the Great Creator God, the heat in my chakra column moved up through the crown, and out.

As I visualized the Merkaba and spoke the words about it, I felt a spiral energy vortex enclosing my body, and rotating counterclockwise around it. I had no sense that I was being lifted physically or otherwise, but I did feel that the merkaba energy field was creating an energy flow that somehow completed the chakra activation sequence I've told you about.

In retrospect, I wish I'd remained focused on this sensation of movement within the merkaba field. Instead, I broke my own concentration by recalling that there were more stanzas to the prayer, and feeling that I had to complete them. After I finished the prayer, I tried to invoke and visualize the Merkaba again, but I could not create it as immediately and powerfully as I had before. Next time I'll remember that when I'm doing a ritual alone, I can afford to take my time, and go where the flow of energy and meditation want to move. Live and learn.

The Portal Opening Ritual has been a marvelous revelation. I now begin my days with an invocation to Thoth and a prayer for inspiration, to help me with what I want to write and otherwise create each day.

I've been involved in organizing "Earth Power Festival" here in Hong Kong ... the first of it's kind here in Asia and it was a long 5 days. The festival took place on Sunday, 8th December which is why I was not in contact regarding the Ritual of the Pyramid Portal and there were about 1,000 people that attended. It was a great success and we generated a lot of good vibrations and awareness here in Hong Kong.

Our collective group set up camp on the beach on Friday night and have been living in our tipi ever since. It has been the most incredible week for me and well, even though I wasn't participating in the pyramid portal I have never had such a pyramid experience. People were building sand pyramids all over the beach, we all sat one evening having dinner in the tipi and everyone notice pyramids in the fire, in the structure of the tipi in the doorway ... they were absolutely everywhere and people just seemed to pick up on it! It was truly amazing. I didn't mention about the pyramid portal until afterwards and it took everyone by complete surprise (jaws dropped to the ground!).

The Source of consciousness is transcendent of all our concepts, including our concept of Source.

Ritual of the Sarcophagus Portal

Time Lords

Where did the Mayas go? That great and mysterious civilization vanished nearly completely from the face of the planet, leaving us to ponder their disappearance. I believe the Mayan civilization experienced a planetary ascension. If this is true, then what does it mean to those of us who are working to bring about personal and planetary ascension? What happens exactly when planetary ascension occurs? I am hoping we can interact with the Mayas and learn from them some answers to these mysteries and learn some of their ascension secrets. Over the next three weeks we will focus our thoughts on the Mayas of the old world, and by so doing we invite the Mayas to focus their thoughts on us. The articles for this ritual, designed to help us get closer to the Mayas, will be Introduction, A Civilization Ascending, Ca-bala - Two Universes, The Portals of Palenque, What is a Portal, Locating Your Portal, and finally the ritual.

In my inner plane experiences of the Mayas, they are Time Lords, existing still in their own dimension. We can go there and visit them, even participate in their initiations and rituals. This is one of the results we hope to achieve in Ritual of the Sarcophagus Portal, to visit their world and interact with them. We can begin by gaining an understanding of their abstract way of thinking about virtually everything. If we can think like them just a little bit, the barriers between us will begin to dissolve as our minds meet.

The leader of the Mayas is Lord Pacal, known to many as Pacal Votan. He is a Shield Guide and the most accomplished of the Time Lords. Lord Pacal was in Palenque, Mexico in 603 CE. His father was the king. When Pacal was only 9 his father died, but Pacal could not claim the throne until he was 12. He was crowned by his mother, Lady Zac-Kuk, who narrowly held the throne for him for three years while fending off relatives asserting their claims.

Pacal became a great king, a Divine Ahau, and established Palenque as one of the most renown civilizations. He died at age 80 and was placed at the bottom of the Temple of Inscriptions, which he built as his tomb. He designed his sarcophagus as his portal to the afterlife, connected by a spirit tunnel to Otherworld. Carved onto the 7-ton lid of the sarcophagus are designs stating Pacal's personal beliefs and those of his civilization regarding each individual's place and purpose within the universe. The deeper meaning of these designs is a mystery to the archaeological world, but when viewed in the light of the Mayan religious beliefs, the symbolic designs take on clearer meaning and speak directly to us today in our own striving for conscious co-creativity.

A Civilization Ascending

The Sarcophagus of Lord Pacal is the most remarkable burial artifact ever unearthed in the Americas. Identified as an astronaut in a space ship and as a man falling into the underworld and being swallowed by the jaws of death, the sarcophagus portrays a man and a civilization in the moment of ascension. The sarcophagus was unearthed in 1952 after three seasons of work removing the rubble and boulders that had been pushed down the tunnel by the Mayas. The archaeologists discovered at the bottom of the tunnel a 30 ft long x 13 ft. wide carved slab that appeared to be the floor. Inside the corbel vaulted tomb was a "fantastic, etherial sight, a huge magic grotto carved out of ice, the walls sparkling and glistening like snow crystals. Stalactites hung like tassels of a curtain, and the stalagmites on the floor looked like the dripping from a great candle."

These startling visual effects were created by the lime issueing from the walls and ceiling. When the archaeologists lifted the slab from the coffin, they were greeted once again by a fantastic sight as they gazed upon the Great Green of the Cosmic Ocean, the thousand pieces of jade covering the king's body. "The great man--he was probably a priest--had no gold ornaments, but here were quantities of jade objects--beads, rings on every finger, bracelets, ear ornaments, and exquisitely carved figurines. These were in the form of flowers, little gourds, bats, snakes and heads, and human figures with the characteristics of certain Mayan gods. The buried man had a jade ornament in each hand and another in his mouth; his neck and shoulders were covered with a huge collar-and-breast ornament of jade beads. On his face were the remnants of a mask of jade mosaic."

The explanation currently being offered regarding the ocean of jade covering the king's body is that he was a great king, highly esteemed by his subjects. And this is true, he was a great king, highly esteemed, but the reason for the quantity of jade is more complex and far more fascinating.

Ca-Bala - Two Universes

"Three, seven, eight thousand was the creation of the world, when he who was hidden within the stone, hidden within the night was born." (The Book of the Jaguar Priest, Maya)

According to the symbolism displayed on the sarcophagus, Lord Pacal believed the cosmos was preceded by a time when Nothing Existed. This Nothing, which Existed before the material universe was emanated, before anything existed in the sense that we think of as existence, was Creator and Created, Thinker and Thought existing in the Primal Realm of Silence in the primordial state of undifferentiation. The Primal Realm of Silence is portrayed on the top portion of the sarcophagus, as recorded in the Mayan creation myth of the 16th c. CE, 800 years after the sarcophagus and the Temple of Inscriptions were completed.

"Before the world was created, Calm and Silence were the great kings that ruled. Nothing existed, there was nothing. Things had not yet been drawn together, the face of the earth was unseen. There was only motionless sea, and a great emptiness of sky. There were no men anywhere, or animals, no birds or fish, no crabs. Trees, stones, caves, grass, forests, none of these existed yet. There was nothing that could roar or run, nothing that could tremble or cry in the air. Flatness and emptiness, only the sea, alone and breathless. It was night; silence stood in the dark.

In this darkness the Creators waited, the Maker, Tepeu, Gucamatz, the Forefathers. They were there in this emptiness, hidden under green and blue feathers, alone and surrounded with light. They are the same as wisdom. They are the ones who can conceive and bring forth a child from nothingness. And the time had come." (Popol Vuh, Mayan)

Atop Pacal's World Tree is the green and blue Quetzal bird, the sacred serpent-bird. Hidden beneath the green and blue feathers of the sacred bird are the round faces of the Forefathers, who are "the same as wisdom." They are "there in this emptiness, hidden under green and blue feathers, alone and surrounded with light." Below them is the serpent, and again in this civilization as well as others, the serpent-bird kundalini symbolism. Out of the gaping jaws of the serpent, and nestled within kernels of corn, emerge the maize gods, the Energy-Intelligences and occult forces of the Mayan world.

The Maya deified the spirit of the maize, their main source of food, regarding it reverentially with love. Maize is the gift of the gods, and the jade stone is the Mayan symbol for the ear of corn before it ripens. They say the green corn, green like jade, is hidden within the stone. When the stone is smashed, the maize is born and becomes divine. The jade and the corn are different but complimentary aspects of the same Form or archetype, represented as maize gods.

When the Maya placed Lord Pacal's body inside his sarcophagus beneath the temple and covered him with jade, he became "hidden within the stone, hidden within the night." After his death, Pacal and the jade and the maize gods, all different but complimentary aspects of the same archetype, all returned to oneness, to Source, and Pacal acceded to his divinity. Lord Pacal, wearing kernels of corn and long hair like the maize gods, long and flowing like corn silk, is shown ascending his coffin, transcending death to rebirth within the pantheon of Mayan gods, and taking with him his civilization.

The Mayas say there are two universes, described by them as Ca-bala, meaning "two hidden." There is the universe of heaven (The Boundless Light) and the universe of earth (space-time and energy-matter). The Chinese call these Earlier Heaven and Later Heaven. On the sarcophagus Pacal is positioned between these two worlds. Beneath him, in the universe of earth, is his coffin, decorated with a stylized water lily monster. Lord Pacal is the Divine Child brought forth from nothingness by the Maker. He is a boy who became the great Mayan king, the man who became the brilliant Mayan mystic, the Shield Guide who came to guide his civilization onto the ascension path. Lord Pacal died at age 80, but his influence upon this planet has only increased since his death. Many are the people who are guided by Pacal Votan.

Portals Of Palenque

In various civilizations can be seen the attempt to create more powerful geophysical portals in support of the metaphysical portals. The geophysical portals at Palenque are in the temple-pyramids. At the top of each pyramid is a temple containing an interior with an antechamber and three rear sanctums. The center chamber, called the "pib na," is a miniature house, the portal to wacah chan xaman waxac na -- World Tree House of the North. This subtle structure, the central focus of initiations into the Mayan mysteries, is in the dimension inhabited by the Maya. Beside the astral house is the astral World Tree, seen on the Sarcophagus of Lord Pacal. This World Tree, as we see it on the sarcophagus, is the Mayan conceptual equivalent of the Kabala Tree of Life. Kabalists write of the ascension experience of rising on the spheres of the Tree of Life, and we see Pacal ascending the stylized spheres of the Mayan World Tree.

The pib na is the physical portal and the equivalent of the metaphysical portal. Inside the pib na is the geophysical portal into the supernatural realm, called Otherworld by the Maya. The portal to Otherworld could be opened when an individual achieved an altered state of shamanic consciousness. To achieve this state of consciousness, many of the Central and South American Indians drink an hallucinogen. The Mayas used drastic measures, inflicting physical pain upon themselves and drawing blood, in order to enter the trance-like state of consciousness. The men used an obsidian knife to cut the penis, and both men and women ran a rope of thorns through the tip of the tongue. When the portal opened, the Energy-Intelligences from Otherworld entered and exited the body through the fontanelle, the soft spot at the top of the head at the crown chakra.

The Mayan portal rituals were done to invoke the "Vision Serpent," referring to the kundalini serpent/spirit tunnel of the metaphysical portal and referring to the 3rd eye chakra and remote viewing. They would travel through the portal/tunnel and "become the sky," or become Och Chan (invisible), the perspective gained by the Vision Serpent experience. Inside the House, of both the temple-pyramid and one's consciousness, exists the portal to Otherworld. Macrocosmically, the House of the temple-pyramid was accorded a special place in the center of the Mayan universe, exactly between the universe of heaven and the universe of earth, and connecting them. Microcosmically, Lord Pacal's position on his sarcophagus expresses this divine architecture, and the sarcophagus itself is designed to be a portal.

Locating Your Portal

Everyone has a portal because portals are predictable openings in the curtain of space-time and energy-matter. Portals typically are sited near water, although they don't have to be. In the home the portal usually is part of the bathroom near your bedroom. The portal is near the bedroom because that is where you sleep and near the bathroom because that is where the water is. In my bedroom are two portals; one occupies the same space as the doorway to the bedroom and the other is the doorway to the bathroom. A portal "path" runs between them.

There may be something in your room that is marking the location of the portal for you. I have a ceramic of the planetary Shield Guide Gillian, who stands atop my sound system of my dresser and turns always toward the bedroom door portal all on its own power. There are two quartz points at the base of this Guide, and these pieces of quartz turn the Guide toward the portal. Gillian looks directly at this portal and if I turn the Guide to face forward, in a few days the Guide has turned back to look again at the portal. Investigate your sacred space carefully for such signs.

Quartz rocks and crystals are helpful in finding the portal and necessary in opening it. There are many varieties of quartz and probably all of them will work. Milky quartz has been, for me, the best. It is the most common quartz, but also the most mysterious. We still do not fully understand how milky quartz is formed. Place the quartz on the floor in different areas of the room and find the place that seems to respond somehow to the quartz. Don't worry if you can't find it right away, or even this time! We're just looking. Many people have quartz crystals but if not, the quartz in your jewelry will work. Just place the jewelry on the floor and try to find the portal. If you think you've found it or if you are not finding it at all and you have questions, please ask. I will email you again about what to do next. In this Mayan ritual it is appropriate to use jade, the sacred stone of the Maya. Also appropriate are all kinds of blue stones, to symbolize Maya Blue, the special color of the Maya.

The Mayas are Here!

The Mayas are here already, a week before the ritual! They will be here for at least two weeks. Tune into them and you may begin to experience them. I have hundreds of Mayas here in my home. Lord Pacal is here and he has brought with him an astral dormitory of initiate priests, young Mayan men who are following their spiritual paths. They have come for the ritual and they have come early to prepare themselves and us for this momentous universal activity. They are setting out their ritual objects, putting up posters, preparing their ritual drinks, and there is generally a flurry of organizational activity. The energy is very high here, as you can imagine!

This powerful event we are involved in is Light of the Cross, the Light produced when Spirit and Matter come together. Light of the Cross is beginning to occur right now at a planetary level, as the planets prepare to come into conjunction on January 23rd. The Mayas perform their rituals during planetary conjunctions. The planets will align to form the hexagram/hexagon, or 6-pointed star and Star of David. From the Emerald Table of Hermes Trismegistus, the hexagram/hexagon, sign of the Merkaba, of the light-body, is the most powerful of configurations, made even more powerful when the energy is alchemically transmuted.

By performing this ritual we will be grounding this celestial energy, transmuting it, or changing it, "into earth." All over the planet people will be focusing on love, compassion and understanding, the highest of virtues. During Ritual of the Portal we will be adding to this focus the intent of interdimensional communication and interaction - of bridging the worlds of existence. This ritual is therefore interdimensional in purpose, and just as we hope to interact with the Maya in their dimension of existence, they will be performing the ritual with us in hopes of interacting with beings in other dimensions of existence, creating a great chain of being.

Pacal's Bride

Friends of mine have been urging me to tell to my friends on the internet the story of how I became a Shield Guide specializing in grounded ascension. I am taking this opportunity to do so because this is the Mayan ritual and I have a special relationship with Lord Pacal.

An unusual series of events led me to become the lightwork project leader of the Ritual of the Portal for Planetary Ascension. This is how it happened, and I hope when you read my story you will gain a clearer vision of how and why Ritual of the Portal found you. I also am hoping, through Ritual of the Portal, to introduce you to this spiritual path by showing you levels of spiritual mastership available to you.

After living many lifetimes, most of which I am aware, even the details, I was born a Taurus in the United States in Georgia in 1948. I grew up here and have never traveled outside this country. The part of Georgia in which I live is a swampy, primeval area. In fact, I live between two swamps, the Okefenokee and the Altamaha. These are Indian names, I live on Creek Indian ground. In the pond in my backyard are alligators, Great Blue Herons, all kinds of wildlife. The pond is a protected wetland. So I am an Earth sign living in a wet, earthy place. After many years of meditating on water lilies and pond bugs, little wonder I insist on groundedness.

I have a Master's degree in English Education and I once owned and operated a karate school in Atlanta. I was always a physically active person, keen on fishing and hiking, and also a voracious reader. Many of the books I read are modern metaphysical books, but I also have read many of our great modern philosophers, the great Hellenic philosophers, most of the Perennial Philosophy, and the great and not-so-great literature of the Western World. I speak English only, except in light-body I am fluent in Italian.

Several years ago my life changed when Spirit began to manifest in my life. I lived in Atlanta, Georgia, I was single (I am still), I worked as a commercial real estate leasing agent and legal assistant and I played tournament bridge professionally. This was my life and had been for many years until one day my close friend and bridge partner unexpectedly lost her 51 year old husband to a heart attack. He was straightening his tie one morning, getting ready to go to work, and dropped dead. The paramedics revived him six times, and he was dead on arrival at the hospital. But he didn't go away, immediately. He remained behind in spirit because he had something important to tell her.

Three weeks after his death, my friend called to tell me of a strange, vibrating place in her bedroom. She believed her dead husband came in and out of her room through that spot. With my tarot cards I went to her home to see if I could contact her husband. I had never done anything like this before but I felt very hopeful. My friend showed me the vibrating spot in her bedroom and we called it a portal. It was intensely electrostatic and we could not stand in it for more than a few seconds.

I laid out the tarot cards, and she and I called for the forces of the universe, elements of the universe and beings of light to come and help her communicate with her husband to see what he had to tell her. Through the portal came 30 or 40 beings, it was hard to say how many, and they brought with them great joy and love. The room filled with a gossamer haze, and we had a party, we laughed, we joked, we were so very happy. That night after the spirits left, my friend had a dream in which she spoke at length with her husband. In this dream he told her of a mortgage life insurance policy he owned that had been mistakenly paid to his ex-wife. They held each other close and kissed and said goodbye one last time. Then, he was gone and has not returned. She has since remarried.

The next day my friend's attorney contacted the life insurance company, who wanted to wait until they had recovered the money from the ex-wife before paying benefits to my friend. Of course, the attorney threatened legal action, and the insurance company sent her a check for close to $100,000.00. The same night my friend spent with her husband, I experienced a psychic event in which a brilliant white light went bang in my biofield. From that moment on I had spirit guides who have never left me for even one second. My friend and I had such a wonderful portal experience, we wanted to repeat it. The second Ritual of the Portal involved my friend and I, two married couples: my cousin and his wife and two good friends who lived near me. We held a conference call portal ritual to see if we could interconnect at the spirit/astral level.

We realized by the amazing things which occurred during this ritual, that portal ritual could be held world-wide to the benefit of many people interested in spiritual self-development and self-empowerment. To accomplish this, I went online the middle of August, 1996, and in September I emailed Ritual of the Stonehenge Portal. I sent one of the emails to Rene Mueller at Spiritweb, and he responded by posting the ritual on his website. Rene is instrumental in bringing awareness of Ritual of the Portal to the international spiritual community on the internet. After Rene's action, several websites began posting the rituals and other related texts.

In September, prior to the email of Ritual of the Stonehenge Portal, the Shield Guides appeared in the inner planes, initiated me as a Shield Guide and began Ritual of the Portal for Planetary Ascension with Fire Ritual to Invoke the Shield Guides. The Shield Guides assist in selecting the planetary vortex-portals we link to, the series in which we activate those portals, the dates and times when would be most beneficial to establish heightened planetary consciousness, and the rituals to perform. We have so far performed fire, fire water, and earth rituals. We will perform air ritual during the Sarcophagus Portal and then Concourse of the Forces - Fire Water Air Earth - during Ritual of the Cathedral Portal. The Shield Guides are teaching us how to channel earth energy with the chakra system, and how the chakra system is fundamental to personal and planetary ascension.

With the exception of the Shield Guide material that follows at the end of this biographical, I do not channel these guides in the popular way of channeling today, but we work together in a most interesting way that is very fulfilling for all of us. They make many sounds around me, and whoever is present can hear them. They ring bells, they ring chimes, they tap on my computer as I write to keep me on the right path. If I am making an error in my writing, they make a tap that I have learned means "no, not quite." If my writing is good and correct, they make a tap that means to me, "well done." When they are very pleased with my efforts, they ring the astral bell. It is a deep, resonant sound. Most of the time they ring it for the heck of it and because I like it and because the sound keeps our portal here in my bedroom open all the time. When my computer is off and email comes in, they tap to tell me. They can tap syllables loudly or softly so that I have some idea of who the email is from and I can decide whether I need to respond right away. They release a beautiful aroma of spring flowers in the room. This is quite an experience for people who come to visit me.

Using lit candles I can see my guides as shadows against the wall. I can see their hands make the candle flames sway and jump. They can produce electrical phenomena and are able to move physical objects with force. They move objects in my room from place to place. At night I see my guides face to face, and we talk and travel the universe together. They tell me directly many things for me to write word for word. They physically touch and move in and out of my body at will through the top of my head at the fontenelle at the crown chakra. They perform complex inner alchemical operations on me to keep my crown chakra and my back of the head chakra activated. My guides are very diverse and come from all parts of the physical and spiritual universe. Some of them are human, some are alien, some are pure light, some are pure consciousness, some are bird tribe, and some seem like a mixture of all of the above.

I have been through many inner plane initiations and received many initiatory awards in group activities at the astral/light body level. These awards represent levels of spiritual mastership corresponding to the chakra system, or the seven seals of Solomon. Solomon's Knot, symbol of fusion, describes the nature of this spiritual path.

Also in astral body I made a Divine Marriage with Lord Pacal of the Maya and was married in a ceremony at Chartres Cathedral. In this "marriage" I accessed a part of myself capable of time travel. I am known to the Maya as "Pacal's Bride." In Palenque, Mexico where Pacal lived and ruled as king, are two hieroglyphs depicting me. One is in the Temple of the Inscriptions, where the Sarcophagus of Lord Pacal is buried. The other is in the Temple of the Sun placed there by his son Chan-Bahlum.

A series of hieroglyphs tell the story from the Mayan perspective of my life with them during the 7th century CE when I held the throne as one of only two queens to have ever done so. I claimed the throne on October 22, 612 CE, (March of 1993 in our time) 202 days before the end of the ninth katun, when Pacal was nine years old. Known to them as First Mother, I held the throne for three years for my spirit husband until he attained the age of twelve. He could not keep the throne without my intervention because too many powerful family factions were vying for it. The Mayas interpreted my appearance as divine intervention. Now Lord Pacal is here with me through "divine intervention." I was there for three years their time, but in my own time in Atlanta only one week passed, and I remember all of it very clearly as "dreams." The hieroglyphs in Palenque tell the story of what I did there, saying "she materialized and crowned herself."

When initiated as a Shield Guide, I received from three Shield Guides a silver chain-link necklace and a silver shield attached. The following is the material I channeled:

The silver shield is the symbol of the Shield Guides. They are a vast organization of diverse beings from all parts of the universe who are organized to assist those in lower evolutionary domains. They disperse themselves throughout the universe, sometimes in physical bodies through physical births. When they take on physical bodies, they also take on a forgetting of themselves so that they can learn the people and place and where they are. Then, as their lives continue, their fellow Shield Guides come to awaken them to their higher purpose. They come to remind them of the reason they are here.

The Shield Guides lead civilizations onto ascension paths. When a Shield Guide has reached a certain level of awareness and re-awakening, that guide is given the symbol that they once wore. The symbol of the Shield Guide is a silver shield, sometimes attached to a silver chain-link necklace. The chains in the necklace symbolize the vital links between the guides and the people they guide, and how both are dependent on the other for their fulfillment in existence. The shield symbolizes the planetary organizations that the Shield Guides represent. This is an interdimensional organization of life systems throughout the phenomenal and neumenal universe. This is a winged body of planetary systems, symbolized on the shield by a winged being.

To receive the silver shield of the Shield Guide is the way one knows of their identity as a Shield Guide. This is the awakening part of a process over a long period of time in which the individual is given the opportunity to grow spiritually and to learn of their Shield Guide identity. Only Shield Guides present the silver shield to a Shield Guide. The Shield Guide is a bridge from this evolutionary domain to others that require the guide's presence. The Shield Guides will come when they are called. To summon them, perform Fire Ritual to Invoke the Shield Guides at Stonehenge ritual.

Your Personal Planetary Stargate

We live in a bipolar physical world in which opposites attract. Our magnets are proof of it. But in the transcendent world of Spirit known as Otherworld to the Maya, a different law of physics exists in which like attracts like. When accessing this world, we want to remember and honor this law of physics. We have a certain responsibility as guardians and custodians of our interdimensional portals and personal planetary stargates. We are responsible to center ourselves in love. Love is more than emotion, it is a high vibrational field of energy, attractive to other "like" fields of energy.

We are trying to accomplish several objectives when we are activating and using interdimensional portals and personal stargates. One of these objectives involves channeling earth energy to our chakra systems and then using this psychic electromagnetic energy/light to build our light-body/Merkaba. When we center in love, the highest vibrational energy available, as we build our vehicle of light, we build at the same time the path of our journey because like attracts like in Otherworld. Our light-body/vehicle when built of love will take us to love.

Our metaphysical portal is part of our subjective-nonordinary reality. It is part of our biofield and we are potential portals awaiting activation with love's vibration. In our outer world is our personal planetary stargate, part of our objective-ordinary reality. Our outer stargate corresponds to, and is included within, our inner portal. This is because the formula for reality as we know it involves an inner-outer relationship and a space-time shaped like a doughnut in which the inner is enveloped by the outer is enveloped by the inner, and in which the outer is a projection of the inner. Alchemy calls this simply As Above/So Below. In order to make this formula of inner/outer reality work for us successfully, we learn to both ground and transcend.

What about unconditional love? Do you love yourself unconditionally? By filling ourselves with our unconditional love, by forgiving ourselves and then giving ourselves our own love, we will become a vehicle of love. If we love ourselves unconditionally we will not need the unconditional love of others. We will like to have it but we will not need to have it. When we are filled with our own love we are fulfilled. Then, we impart this unconditional love to our friends and relatives by doing nothing at all, because unconditional love of self flows out of us and spreads around us, touching those close to us.

What about giving unconditional love to the world at large? This is a lovely idea when our unconditional love flows that far abroad. If it does not flow that far, then we have to borrow from ourselves the love we give ourselves in order to give it to the big world. Instead of doing this, we can give the world at large another gift. We can give it our compassion, the natural by-product of unconditional self-love that requires no taking from ourselves to give. When we love ourselves unconditionally, we gain more and more the transpersonal experience and transcendent sense of being part of the World Soul, the spiritual family of All That Is. When we love ourselves, we can freely feel and give compassion - the energy of love filled with emotion - a self-generating emotional energy that rides the waves of our consciousness as content, and touches every part of the Great Family, everything we see, everything we know, everything we feel.

In this doughnut shaped, inner/outer reality in which we live, all the love we give ourselves flows outward to others as love and compassion and then returns to us, and we experience it as love that comes from outside of ourselves. In alchemy this within/without experience is stated in the palindrome V.W.I.W.V. In the Grail legend the palindrome used is Sarras. By this is meant that while the physical journey takes place "without," the Grail itself lies "within," all in the realm of Sarras.

When building our light-body/Merkaba of love energy, we focus on self and on love. The path of our journey, the path of love and compassion, becomes established and we travel in our Merkaba vehicle in Otherworld, a world wherein like attracts like, and our love goes to love. The light-body/Merkaba we build at the individual level is a love energy pattern and field of functional reality. It is our Holy Grail, holy because it is built of love. In the Grail legend the question is asked, "Who does the Grail serve?" The answer is, "The Grail serves me and I serve the Grail." This is the love formula we are applying in building our light-body by using our portal and personal stargate energy. We use quartz to attract powerful, crystalline earth energy through ley lines to a convergence point - our portal and personal stargate - and then we alchemically transmute it to love by focusing this energy on ourselves with love in mind. Thus, we serve the light-body by building it of love and empowering it with love. We use the light-body as vehicle to take us to love, thus the light-body serves us.

In dreamtime, when we are occupied only by sleeping and resting, we learn to control our vibrational rates as we re-experience ourselves as pre-emergent consciousness and as beings of light. We practice functioning in our light-bodies. We learn how to use the light-body like we learn to use our physical body. It is during dreamtime that we can join our individual light-body to larger light-bodies or group Merkabas which we experience as interdimensional UFO's. When we can alter our vibrational rates to travel interdimensionally, we can travel on these ships because when the interdimensional travel begins, our light-bodies will not fly apart. By building our light-body/vehicle out of love we have an assurance we can vibrate at a proper high level. In my own subjective experiences, I have many times been on these interdimensional traveling ships.

These interdimensional UFO's I have experienced are group Merkaba's, vast self-contained light-bodies replete with all kinds of fantastic spiritual-based technology. Planet Earth contains something these interdimensional beings are interested in; people who bring with them light-bodies built of love. This is the power source for these huge Merkaba ships. And the people on these ships recognize that wherever beings exist who have this potential to build love-Merkabas, then all that is required is learning how.

The people/beings within these ships practice solve et coagula. In alchemy is the study and practice of solve et coagula - dissolve and combine. We can learn to move into light-body, travel to our destination and then bring our physical body to our present location. Some light-body travel involves physical body relocation. Through the alchemical process of solve et coagula and by virtue of doughnut-shaped space-time, our co-creative reality possibilities include time travel and making the history of the past. These advanced light-body travel techniques can be learned, keeping in mind the saying from alchemy, "Natura non facit saltus." Nature does not proceed by a leap, but by many intermediate stages. We're just learning.

In summary, upon opening your interdimensional portal and your personal planetary stargate, your responsibility as custodian and guardian is to center yourself in love. Setting Up Your Portal

I hope we can all start on time and do the ritual together. If not, perform this ritual when you can. On the same day or the 17th or the 19th would be great. I plan to perform this ritual twice; on the 18th and then on the 23rd during the planetary conjunction. About 300 of us will be participating all over the planet, some actively and others in mind and idea. In the Pyramid Ritual we empowered our spirit-souls through the etheric planetary portals. In this ritual we will call upon the Universal Mother energy to guide our spirit-souls to the interdimensional realms of the Maya.

Set up your portal anyway you like, as a circle, as an altar, as a specific design. I plan to construct mine in the following way. Lord Pacal and I co-creatively made a blue violet ritual cloth into the shape and design of the sarcophagus and decorated it with fabric paint. He picked out the cloth at the fabric store by tapping on the wall when he found one he liked, and he taps to say what colors of fabric paint he likes. And then I put the colors I like. Along the edges of the cloth/sarcophagus, I will place my milky quartz. Using Mayan Oracle and Xultan Mayan tarot cards, I will make the shape of the World Tree seen on the sarcophagus. This will be a Latin cross (high horizontal bar). Use anything magical you like, runes, quartz, whatever you have that is special for you to design this cross.

At the center of the sarcophagus near Lord Pacal's position, I will place pieces of pounamu (nephrite jade) sent from New Zealand by Glenys Lowery. Thank you, Glenys. Jade is the sacred stone of the Maya. I also will be using lapis lazuli, a blue stone to symbolize Maya Blue, their special color. I will be using obsidian, a stone used by the Maya in portal rituals. I also will use a wand healing crystal, Brazilian amethyst, Tiger-Eye quartz, red phantom quartz, rose quartz, rock sapphire, hematite, amethyst pieces, quartz points and the Dwendi healing stone from the Philippines. In the ritual we will be asking the Shield Guide Lord Pacal, whose name means Hand-Shield, to raise his Crystal Shield for Crystal Family.

I have a number of other symbolic objects I will use as well. Before I begin the ritual I plan to take a bath and then light candles and leave them burning so the invisible air can be demonstrated by the flame of the candles. I am hoping Spirit will work with the candle flames during this ritual. We will be using several Mayan words, defined within the ritual. Let us begin.

Planetary Ascension And The Free World

In Ritual of the Sarcophagus Portal we are performing Air Ritual for Spirit-Soul to Walk the Sky. A week prior to the first ritual I began to sky walk with some of the people who do the rituals. Here is what we discovered.

The Hale-Bopp companion is a space station of such immense size it qualifies as a Free World, a bountiful and colorful manufactured, self-contained planetary system bound to no star and free to move about in the universe. The Free World is a beautiful, shining city, blessed by the universe and teeming with people of all kinds living in harmony, peace and scientific interest. It is a world whose doors are open to anyone with the will and the heart to get there. The Free World long ago established an As Above/So Below relationship with us.

The bright red, blue and silver Free World is built upon the principles of Sacred Geometry. The spherical Free World consists of 13 planetary ecosystems held together by 4 horizontal planes of electromagnetic attraction-repulsion, with the structural integrity provided by 42 vertical and diagonal planes. Some of these planes have enclosed, brightly lighted highways with conveyances that move passengers along at rates of speed sufficient to produce G force effects.

Inside the Free World is advanced spiritual-based portal technology. Many of the beings there are human and humanoid - friendly, smiling people accustomed to extraterrestrial travelers such as Roger and me. Usually hidden and floating far above and away, the Free World tours the universe, establishing life on planets capable of supporting life and monitoring the progress of that life. At some point in a planet's evolution, the Free World appears and makes itself known to the people on the planet. Photographs showing the comet without its companion do not prove the companion does not exist. The Free World moves in and out of that photographic range and travels where it will.

I have been a visitor on the Free World many times and have recounted in books my experiences there. But this was before it appeared to us recently. Most of my experiences right now relating to the Free World involve the various types of ships that are connected with it, both interdimensional Merkaba-ships and city-ships at the bottoms of the oceans. The Free World exemplifies a planetary ascension with which we are not familiar. I think it is safe to speculate the entirety of our techno-civilization might not ascend, but clearly there are many of us who will ascend despite the times and situations in which we live. The Free World offers an ascension opportunity, and to this end there is portal work to be done.

At the beginning of the material for Ritual of the Sarcophagus Portal I asked the question, how can a civilization experience a planetary ascension but the planet is still here in 3rd dimension? When I speak of the Maya, I say they exist still in their own dimension. They had a planetary ascension and yet are still working toward planetary ascension. The planet did ascend with them. How can this be? This is a good question to research. From about the 15th century on is a considerable amount of hermetic and alchemical literature regarding "Divine Offspring." By this is meant several ethereal planetary spheres enwrapping the planet in layers, and these Divine Offspring of the planet are interconnected.

These planetary astral bodies vary in density, with some layers much finer than others. Each sphere functions as a real dimension for the people who inhabit it and who also created it at the same time they were creating their planetary ascension. This is why I say create the light-body in love because the path of the journey and also the destination are created at the same time. This is an operation of the transcendent law of physics called the Eternal Now.

Ascension is a spiritual path, an ongoing process. The horizontal number 8, the lemniscate, symbolizes this path and means the eternity of process. This is why long "dead" people are trying to help us with our ascension. On this path, we don't/can't go off and leave the others on this path behind. It doesn't work that way. And it could be some formula is in operation regarding the number of spheres required for aether to completely take over and the 3rd dimension to be truly left behind, no longer existing. More likely it will seem to exist as an underworld dimension, like the Maya believed, and like we think of 1st and 2nd dimensions. From the perspective of the Maya in ascension, 3rd is an underworld dimension.

When we use linear thought, part of our laws of physics, to think about ascension we naturally think of it as a linear process. In this respect, ascension is like a ladder. We get to a high rung on the ladder and then we reach down and help the next person up the ladder. The Kabala Tree of Life is useful as a symbol of this. We start at the bottom of the tree, the Shekinah sphere, and we ascend the spheres of the tree. Kabalists will clarify, the spheres descend and we ground the light. This is what we are doing in Ritual of the Portal, with the Celts, the Egyptians, the Mound Builders, the Mayas, etc. They descend, we ground, they re-ascend, we ascend. We are links in a great chain of being strengthening our connections.

The "higher" we go, the more form becomes force, matter becomes spirit, all happening by alchemical stages, not by any giant leaps. The whole thing seems linear but is spherical in concept. It seems linear when we are talking ascension because our language casts it that way, but it is spherical when we are doing ascension because we "come around" and meet the archetypes at the next level, or dimension. This is both beautiful and complex, and as usual with the universe, beauty and complexity are partners.

In this ritual we performed Air Ritual for Spirit-Soul to walk the sky. I have been walking the sky at night to the Free World space station, touring it and taking classes. I am learning many new things, including how to command my vibrational rate, how to operate some of the spiritual-based technology on the space station, and how to use psycho- and telekinesis as skills.

In the form of psychokinesis I am learning, I use my mental powers to control the movement and positioning of marble-sized white balls of light containing information in the form of light. With my mind and my eyes, I move them like cursors, making a ball of light touch a red square similar to a computer radio button, and then I cause the light to press the square. This takes me to the next level in the exercise, and I have a choice of putting the light ball above on a smiling face button or below on a smiling face button, but the sequence is important. If I put it above first, my progress is deleted and I will have to start over. Once, when I put it above first, I realized quickly it was incorrect but was able to recover by mentally undoing it. Then I put it below and this was correct.

A lady instructor gives me lessons in uses of electromagnetism in telekinesis, and I am learning how to use magnetism to extend my mental powers so I can control objects at a distance. I hold in my hand a magnetized hollow tube and mentally cause to be pulled into the tube various objects at different distances. I have a choice of selecting an object close to me, an easy skill to accomplish, or selecting one farther away, a more difficult skill, and then I use the magnetic tube and my mind together to retrieve the objects. I have a very nice instructor who tells me if I am working below my skill level and reminds me to try the more difficult tasks.

I am being tested for various desirable qualities, such as honesty, loyalty, compassion, forgiveness, gentleness, courage, teamwork, organizational skills, ability to command and use astral body like physical body, willingness to sacrifice self for others, etc. The tests involve being placed in lifelike situations that evoke these qualities if I have them, and then I use these qualities to deal with circumstances as they occur, where only certain qualities will resolve certain situations. For example, if a lot of small animals are lying wounded, only compassion resolves it. If there is danger of my associates being harmed but I can flee injury by leaving them behind, only loyalty resolves it. If rapid escape by running down a narrow spiral staircase with tiny steps is the only way out of a threatening place, then only agile astral body capabilities resolve it.

On the Free World I visited a huge dining hall, where there were hundreds of people eating buffet style. I had difficulty maintaining continuous conscious awareness and kept falling asleep and waking up, so they gave me a couch against the wall to lie on so I could stay with them, and one of my guides sat there with me as I slept off and on, and woke me up occasionally to keep me focused on my location. After the meal was over and everyone left, I went to a market area where I was given to hold and study an amazing selection of what I thought were ceramic tiles in a large square box. I studied them closely and I never saw anything like that before. They were various sizes and made of materials not of this planet, and most of them were black and white, or brown, black and white. There were other colors as well. Some looked like milky quartz rocks and some looked like regular terra cotta tiles with painted designs. They were held in place in precise rows by some kind of white putty material and I'm not sure what they are really, or what they are used for.

On one skywalking trip, I traveled with a guide I had not traveled with for a long time. When he appeared, wearing only a royal blue terry cloth bath robe, I said to him, "I haven't seen you in a long time." He replied, "You haven't called me." I asked him, "What is your name?" He said, "You know my name." He was wearing a stick-on label on his shirt and I looked at it to see his name. The tag said, "Mars '58." I looked at him in question, and he said, "That's when we hope to get there."

Then the experiences began, graphic and beautiful, filled with brilliant white light and so many colors. Holding on to this guide, our arms wrapped around each other, we flew through the air, spinning around and around, and as we spun I had visions of city neighborhoods, quaint houses all the same stuck together like maybe in New York. Nothing around here like that. I saw trees with no leaves, just bare branches with white ice. Everything white and black. I told him, "It's Atlanta!" He laughed. But it seems now it was not Atlanta. Then I saw water, it was a river in a city, and over the water, big silver steel bridges. I said to him, "It's Jacksonville!" And he laughed. Then we dove down into the water, it was a dark gray color, and I was afraid, but I told myself, "You can breathe under water." So under we went and I could feel the river water swirling on my body and we went down, down, down. I opened my mouth and took a deep breath, and I could breathe the water.

Way down under the water was an entire city. The guide took me all inside it. We walked down long, wide hallways made of beautiful, grained wood, shades of brown, from light to dark. I commented on the arches over the hallway, how they were "V" shaped and lovely. He was surprised, he hadn't really noticed or either he had seen it so much he was used to it. He took me to a room with all kinds of electronic games in it, like pinball, metallic and lighted with neon lights and making noises, like in a game room. Brilliant neon colors of green and yellow, blue and silver. Then he said he would take me to the kitchen, so we walked along the hallway and he took me up some stairs. People were walking around everywhere in this place. I wondered if it was a UFO, and these people, I looked at them carefully to see if they were human and they were. I thought, "Why don't they let us know about them? Why don't they take us into this world of theirs and share it with us?" I thought, "We must be related to them because they look just like us."

As we walked up the carpeted stairs to a room, my guide said to me, "I would take you up top and show you the sights from there, but it would scare the hell out of you." I said, "Then don't do it, because you know what happens to me when I get the hell scared out of me?" He looked at me and smiled. I said, "What happens is, I wake up! And then I won't be here any longer with you." A woman behind me, who was coming up the stairs with us, she laughed and said, "I like her. She's honest." Then we went into the room and it was not the kitchen but a room filled with Christmas gifts and Christmas music, like a gift shop. I touched many of the things I saw, the Christmas ornaments, a lot of red ornaments and gifts, red and silver and gold. It was a party and the music was loud and I woke up.

People ask me how I get to the Free World and get on board. I have guides who help me. Without them, I couldn't do any of it. Ritual of the Portal is designed to help people get guides who can teach these different, spiritually advanced things, like how to modify your vibrational level accurately, how to do psychokinesis, how to work with electromagnetism, how to shape shift, how to operate spiritual-based technology, how to travel through portals, how to "bend" time, etc. You cannot teach this to yourself nor can other human beings teach you. Guides are required.

Several people who do the rituals have seen me skywalking. My ability to skywalk and remain conscious and aware has increased significantly since we called upon Matawil, the Universal Mother energy. I refer to this feminine collective consciousness energy-intelligence as "the Matawil" because my continuing experience of it is that of being in the company of a group of very powerful, middle-aged women. They are with me now as I write this. Their primary colors are pink, gold and silver, and in my first waking vision of a Matawil, I saw a beautiful, vibrant woman wearing a big round, gold hat, like a gold sun disk flat on top of her head, and wearing a floor length pink evening gown. Then she became the golden face of the sun. As the face of the sun she said to me, "Traveling through the universe, spiraling through the universe is First Mother energy." This energy is powerful god-energy, and I have asked of it several favors, from making my computer go faster to healing me of an persistent infection. The Matawil energy-magic works instantly.

In the company of the Matawil is the awesomely powerful Hurukan, whom we called upon in the ritual. Not as powerful as the Matawil, Hurukan is the ancient Mayan sky god of hurricanes, tornadoes, lightning, stormy weather, wind and rain. The Hurukan is masculine collective consciousness energy-intelligence expressing as beautiful and turbulent weather. While skywalking I have experienced the Hurukan as a massive storm with three huge, dark tornado funnels that I was pointing to and watching. The tornado funnels were made of thick, dark clouds and two of the funnels danced around and around each other, moving in and out, changing sides, coming together, pulling apart. Out of the other funnel shot all at once about 30 bolts of white lightning in a blast of white light, and I ran for shelter. I usually visit the Matawil and the Hurukan every night.

Last night the Hurukan appeared to me both as a man and as a very powerful tornado that I was watching and running from at the same time. He was demonstrating his power and assuring me I was in no danger whatever. I took cover, anyway. I am aware also of the Hurukan during my waking hours when he makes beautiful bad weather. He made beautiful bad weather the day before the ritual on the 18th. The clouds were black, gray and fluffy with patches of pink and blue light streaking through. I stopped the car to look at them, they were so unusual. The wind was whipping the tops of the pine trees around in a stylized, controlled manner, and this also caught my attention. This wind was very artistic. Even the rain seemed different and wonderful. Last evening, the sunset here created a big, beautiful pink sky. In the ritual results you will read of beautiful stormy weather, the signature of the Hurukan. The pairing of Matawil and Hurukan expresses the Mother-Father god energy we called for in the Air ritual.

Come to think of it we had a couple of storms around that time [of the ritual]. Didn't notice anything out of the ordinary during the rituals, or anything related to the Maya, but I had a dream that I don't understand and is odd for me and have some elements that you are familiar with so here it is. Dream Jan. 24: On a bus with other people the thought came to mind of going to Montreal. The bus seem different, airy and small, the street narrow the buildings look old Spanish colonial style. Went to an art exhibit and look at a picture. There's water, and someone waded into it and played with two gigantic crabs. I got in a small sailboat with two others and realised no one is steering, so I steered the boat. Noticed a reversed C shaped shallow rock formation underwater that comes close to shore on my right, so I steered left to avoid it. There is another rock underwater that I also avoided. Then noticed a few people going into the water from where I was previously headed. They were going in the middle to see what is there.

On the 22nd of January, at the healing group that I facilitate, one of the participants kept seeing the Star of David, as well as other symbols. A friend who is just beginning to open up and explore had the Star of David come to her in a dream. This is also a symbol that I work with and feel it is a key. I do believe that the Star of David is a trigger. When I was looking through Leadbeater's book on the chakras I came across a diagram that said the star was attributed to the heart chakra in that system, and the element was AIR. Interesting illustration on how a time capsule could begin to release information at the right time. I already knew this, however, I felt I was being shown by this illustration how I might teach others to be more aware of information (light) coming their way.

Roger Kerr:

This was my first Ritual, and I found it to be quite extraordinary. Prior to the start of the ritual, I performed the Fire Water Ritual in order to clear myself and to center myself in Love. Back in September I began to feel the need to build a small pyramid near the entrance to our house. I built it out of red patio bricks, and made it 5 tiers high. Inside of it I placed 4 quartz crystals, 2 clear, masculine, and 2 milky, feminine. They were placed in each of the 4 directions. I believe that this pyramid has greatly enhanced the energy flowing into my home, and through my portal. I often times stand on top of the pyramid to ground myself and to connect to the 7 directions (E,S,W,N, Up, Down and Within). Anyway, I also did this before the ritual began. During the ritual, I sat or laid in front of my altar, which is situated in the portal area. It consists 6 quartz crystals, 3 each masculine and feminine, 1 small amethyst crystal cluster, 1 amethyst point, a small cloth medicine wheel patterned in the Lakota tradition, with 4 colored stones, red, yellow, black, and white, for each of the 4 directions. The cloth has a small green circle in the center to represent the Earth, upon which I placed a pine cone and a sage and sweetgrass smudge stick. I smudged myself and the portal area just before we started. During the ritual I placed a small blue stone (Sodalite) and a jade pendant in front of me.

I began reading the ritual words, and when I got to the part "Vision Serpent will take me there!" I felt the presence of Quetzalcoatl. Then after the words "walk the sky to the world tree house of the north, guide me," my spirit guide, Pi, told me she would take me to the tree house of the north. I turned out all the lights, and prepared myself for the journey. We entered a tunnel, but it was more like a cave, not a light tunnel. When we came to the tree house, I saw a fire with a circle of people around it. I knew that they were the Elders, the Ancestors. I was asked to sit in the circle, which I did. Then Lord Pacal stepped into the center of the circle and began a ceremony. After a while he came over to me and asked me, as Huitzilopochtli, to join him in the center of the circle. Then Quetzalcoatl joined us. I agreed to join Quetzalcoatl to help restore this Balance. Then Claire joined us in the center. Also, one of the Mayan women joined us and told me that she would be my guide. During most of this, I had the sensation of spinning in circles, faster and faster. I wasn't dizzy, it was more like my energy field was spinning around me. I rejoined the circle and sat next to Claire, still spinning. It eventually stopped, as the ceremony concluded.

When we left the tree house, Pi led me back though the tunnel, to a hub of sorts, and then through another tunnel to a small chamber. It was completely dark, but I felt no fear. She handed me a torch that I lit, and I could see other torches on the walls of the chamber. I had the feeling that I had been here before. I lit them one at a time in a clockwise manner, there were 12 in all. Once they were all lit, other people began to enter the chamber. I noticed something on the floor in the center of the chamber. It was the Sarcophagus of Lord Pacal. We formed a circle around it, and Pacal and Claire stepped into the center. Quetzalcoatl was here as well. As this was going on the song "The Phantom of the Opera" began playing in my head (we had just seen the musical 2 nights before). It was if I was the Phantom, and he represented the Dark Side. A short ceremony took place. Pacal and Claire activated the Sarcophagus Portal. As people left the chamber, I extinguished the torches, in reverse order. We then returned through the tunnel, back to this reality. I then completed reading the rest of the ritual, and ended the session.

Hi there well I did the ritual. It was cloudy and snowy, light snow. I took a bath first like you. I put lithiophilite Crystal powder in the bath water which was a first. Then I made a circle with a cross in the middle with all my stones and crystals and a candle, used my rattles and drum to call on the spirits and then read the ritual at 6:30 my time mountain. And then sat with it for 30 more minutes. I did not feel anything out of the ordinary happening. I wonder if I connected with the spirits and I am just not aware that I did ??? I left rituals stones and crystals out. I want to leave it out until the 23rd. I was really hoping for some sign that I was making a difference. Well I will keep trying, the absence of conformation has not stopped me yet, but it would be nice!!

I tried to do the ritual for Planetary Ascension. I must admit I had a bit of trouble with the pronunciation of the words. But I made my cross with the gemstones I had and hoped they were ok. I didn't really understand what I was doing at first but I felt better afterwards. I must admit, these ceremonies are not really my 'cup of tea' but I will try them anyway.

I think the next part of the ritual (the 23rd) is going to be important, too, but I think the Mayans have already done something big. The energy is definitely different. It's just not what we expected but then, isn't that typical of Spirit? I'm very happy with things so far. I think it's been magical. Everyone reckons that it's the feminine energy that's coming in these days. It's certainly been the case for me over the past few years - hence my interest in goddesses. I think that was what the ritual was all about. The reason it was so surprising for me is that I would never have thought of the Mayans as doing it. It was very profound.

I saw a bright white cross of light that stayed in my vision for about a minute. I heard Pacal say the name, Eduardo. In his deep, Mayan voice he said "Eduardo" with an accent I have never heard. It sounded so authentic, like how a Mayan man would pronounce this name the way it should be pronounced. It was exciting to hear! I think he took you (Eduardo) traveling last night (he just tapped for yes) and you can't remember. That often happens when traveling with him because he time travels, not just astral travels, and often you can't remember a time travel experience.

The meditation continues... Sometimes the quickening vibes are coming in so strong I can hardly stand up.... I lie there under the pyramids and vibrate... these are big energies...Didn't get a lot of visuals, but did get a lot of energy, and could really feel the connectedness, not only with Spirit and with Mother Earth, but also with all the others meditating. I was really grabbed with the realization that the energies of the meditation did continue, right on through the night, and right on through yesterday (Sunday)... and now...

...and a sense of anticipation... a sense of knowing, deep inside, that this current series of momentums is significant... really significant... in a variety of ways. Pacal has been with me quite a bit. Told me as I was sitting on the mountain that he and I are deeply connected, though wouldn't specify exactly how, and I didn't try to press the issue. In terms of others.... my friend with the calendar shield had a wonderful meditation... leaving her with great peace... and a sense of another shift to a higher level. She and I have been working for months on clearing our 'stuff' to make room for greater telepathic connecting. The locating and activation of portals will no doubt enhance that. Wondering if you and/or your friends sensed my presence at all during the meditation Saturday. There was one point where I felt shimmery-blue... or cobalt blue... like the sword... and in that form I was able to visit and join you and your gathering for a few minutes... couldn't see, but could feel that I was there. No idea what's in store today. The energies do continue to pour in... and the meditation does continue...

Thank you for including me in this ritual. This was my first time participating in such an event. I found my portal. It is at a conjunction of (4) doorways. (bathroom, bedroom, closet and living room) I placed crystals and stones in it (2) days prior. I found it with my crystal pendulum. I meditated and relaxed in front of my portal and recited the ritual. I felt as if someone were touching me on my back along the spine. I was very sleepy and went to bed. The next morning I could recall my dreams, which is something that I haven't been able to do for the past 6 weeks or so. I feel this, for me, was a successful result.

Janet Sunderland:

Four of us gather for the ritual on Saturday night. Carol, David, Donna, Janet. Carol had seen that we needed a round portal and had seen a hula-hoop. A hula-hoop? So I got one. A purple "fruit loop" that smelled of grapes. We set that up in the middle of a big white cotton rug I have from Mexico. Inside the hoop, we placed all sorts of sacred objects: crystals, wands, stones, Runes, Jade beads, a photo of a Mexican hibiscus. There were stones of all colors and textures, representing all of the earth. The crystals, we found, helped to anchor the energy and acted as light conductors. Carol also brought a conch shell from Hawaii. We live in the desert, not much water around here, so the conch called in the spirit of water, and the old ones from Mu. We also set up a folk art wooden cross made from burnt match sticks at the east end of the circle. An onyx stone of a bear was in the south, a stone from Palenque in the west, and another crystal in the north. We also set lighted candles all around the room. We also made offerings of fruit that sat on the table in front of the east window. There was a fire going in the fireplace. It's cold out here in the high desert, but the fire was also a part of the calling in we discovered. fire and air.

Before the ritual started, we each drew a card from the Mayan Oracle to focus our intent. David received Etznab, the Hall of Mirrors, Carol the 4, Donna the 6 (6 Heaven), and I drew Akbal, the Abyss. Of course each card was appropriate for each of us. At 6:30 Carol blew on the conch and the ritual began.

I read the incantation and we could feel the energy building. Carol then followed with a guided meditation. She is the clearest seer among us and what she saw she guided the rest of us in. I don't remember all of it, but what I do remember was the pyramid that formed in the middle of the circle. Lord Pacal was standing in the middle of the pyramid and bowed to each of us in turn. He was like a hologram and later Carol said that she understood that the hologram was to remind us that we can also project ourselves to wherever we wish to go. And since Lord Pacal was in many places at the same time, it seems to indicate that we also could do that. There was also a part about each of us becoming a hologram, by seeing our faces in the pyramid and this reformed our understanding of what "reality" was. We became a ring of fire, moving together, hands interlocking, and joined other rings until we were coils of fire light all across the world. There were figures dancing in the flames, dancing in joy. When the guided meditation was over, we were each to pick up the hoop as a portal and step through it and lift it up and over our heads.

David saw the energy swirling around him like a vortex when he stepped through. Donna picked up the hoop and felt the energy tingling in her hands. she was filled with joy. Carol saw a gossamer web held in the hoop and when she stepped through, and lifted the hoop over her head, she saw herself reflected in the center like a mirror, a reflection or hologram, an empty projection. I saw a net spread out over the world, lines of light from all of us meditating, but the net was covering those who were not involved also. A crystalline net of love and energy. The world was a portal as each of us were portals.

After stepping through the hoop we sat quietly in meditation. I saw a volcano building in my first two chakras. A chant welled out of me, words that had no meaning. Carol said the sound was energy in motion, encompassing us in a spiral. She saw the Mother and Jesus standing on the earth, holding hands. At some point, we were blowing bubbles from a pocket sized bottle of bubbles that Carol carries.

After an hour or so we came out of meditation at about the same time. I went to the table and peeled one of the beautiful oranges and gave slices to everyone. The orange was refreshing and seemed to anchor us all back in the room - the taste was sweet and juicy and blessed. We sat for awhile and told about our experiences.

When we finally packed up and put away the stones, we each drew a Rune when they were back in the bag. Three of us got Raido, Journey of the soul, self change and union. An interesting lesson since we were doing a Sarcophagus Portal ritual. Donna pulled Solwelu, wholeness. Which seemed to fit with the 6 card she'd pulled earlier. Odd for three of us to pull the same rune. About nine o'clock, we went outside to look at Orion, shining clear above us. The Mayan called Orion the hearthstones. As we were standing outside the house, looking at the sky, we noticed a sheen of energy, an aura coming off the house. I live in the country in a little two room adobe house so the roof is flat and the energy coming off had the same flat square-like configuration.

The next morning at church, each of us had such shining eyes. That's what I particularly noticed. And the joy we'd raised, or participated in all over the world was tangible to others and lifted their spirits also. Carol said that Sat night she dreamed that she and I were on a ship, a mother ship, with many rooms. My sleep was so deep I don't think I even turned over in the night. The energy has stayed in the house. Not as intense as it was Sat. night but last night while I was meditating, I felt it all around me again, radiating into and out of my body. I am deep and quiet these days. Not exactly a holding pattern but sort of like. Deep and quiet. Many of us are staying in a meditative place most of this week. And the Star of David, a six sided star from conjunctions of planets, will form in Jerusalem at almost the same second that it forms in New York city. The timing is amazing. And that day, according to the Hebrew calendar, is Tu b'shavat, the festival of the Trees, of Nature. And the great tree of the Maya, the one on Lord Pacal's sarcophagus, is the Milky Way. It is the great tree that holds up the sky. We travel in time and space. We travel into a new dimension of freedom. I send love and peace and joy.

The energies yesterday were unbelievable.... had me shakin' several times.... had to lie down I was vibrating so much.... your energy arrived in my chest a couple times yesterday and the day before, it was very noticeable. Had to query inside to identify for sure that it was you, but am getting more familiar with the vibration. The magnitude and frequencies of the energies that shook me like a can in a paint mixer so much yesterday are very heavy indeed. We are really crossing into a new phase. I get it all vibrationally, and emotionally.... and it's really good for me to have the tangible information you receive and provide, to add perspective and context to experiencing these energies that are whipping this bundle of circuitries into whatever I am becoming.

Pacal has taken over as my temporary primary guide. So serious and mysterious sometimes, and so subtly funny other times. And his power is always apparent. Not giving me much information. More that he's guiding my steps through this tidal wave of universal energies. Thank you for sharing him.

A few nights ago I had a dream which I could not forget and didn't had a like of it ever. I said the words of Maya ritual went to bed and tried to keep my mind free of all thoughts I slept in this manner. I dreamt that I am somewhere and the sky is dark there was someone with me who showed me a very small space ship. I got into that space ship in bursted into space and this was the best experience I ever had. I saw stars moving back very rapidly and these words came in my mind that, "forget everything and enjoy the experience." Then my space ship landed somewhere and I saw the dark sky again but this time it was a very advanced civilization with strange buildings. I also saw some people. I also saw some animal size of a human but looked like feather-less chicken standing beside a shore, the animal or whatever that was had bright eyes. That's all I could remember. I never had any such dream. I enjoyed this dream very much and would like to have more such dreams. What was all that I saw who was that person who showed me that ship and I went where from where what was that animal who were those people?

Since I found my portal, I've been "testing" it with my pendulum. WOW, full-circle swing and quite strong. Also, one of my prayers during the ritual was to have some extra income since I am saving to re-train as a healer (massage for license and polarity) so that I can then move to Hawaii and with my Chiropractor/Acupuncturist friend, open a clinic. Since Sunday, I got (3) offers to make money on separate occasions. Quite interesting.

Roger Kerr:

I had a wonderful experience this morning that I have to share with you. As I was just waking up, around 6:30 am, our time, my thoughts were drawn to the Sarcophagus Chamber, and then I was there. No tunnels this time, the thought occurred and I was there. There was a group of us there, I'm sure you were one of them. We had formed a circle around the portal, we were all holding hands and dancing round and round. The feeling of Love that I felt was tremendous. It was really flowing. It was a wonderful feeling. Thank you for making it possible for me to experience that! Shortly after I came back home, I was reflecting on all the Love I felt, and I heard [my guide] Pi say, "It's only just begun, Roger. It's only just begun!"

Janet Sunderland:

You were in and out of my meditations today so while I am still in this half place between I will write of today. I'm on mountain time so the prayer time here was 10:30 a.m. and the conjunction at 12:55. I was in meditation from 10 until almost 1:30 with occasional stirring times to put another log on the fire and get a drink. The wind stopped at the time of the ritual.

I set up my altar with the same wonderful purple hula hoop. In the center I put a Mexican clay figure of a couple in intimate embrace. I realized these last few days while reading some of the net stuff that my wish was for the Sacred Marriage. Not a lover, or a partner but the Sacred Marriage. Around the edges I placed the Palenque stone, jade beads, a piece of onyx, and an angel in a crystal ball. It was interesting that as each hour or so of meditation ended and I moved into another phase, I added something to the altar circle. And at each session, I was in a different position. I began sitting in a chair, moved to cushions on the floor and for the last hour was lying down with my head to the east and touching the hoop.

The first hour was aligning with the Archangel Metatron and the light of Kether. I prayed for the earth, I prayed for all sentient beings, rocks included. I stayed in a prayer state for some time. In light. It must have been 10:35 when I saw a rush of golden light come through me, golden golden full. And then the light became a sun shape enclosed in a circle. What an enormous light came through. And then I sat on in such joy and thanks.

For the second hour, I concentrated on sending light and love into the earth and saw mountains, the great mountains in northern Montana I think, and the sea and whales jumping. All of me and all of the world was rejoicing. There must have been more but I don't remember. I remember the joy. joy. Oh, yes. I remember. I was a clean channel of light, down through the lower chakras. What was that? Like a cylinder of light through me. Wide. Clear. At some point I peeled an orange that was still here from the meditation on Sat. night and ate it. Grateful.

For the time of the conjunction, I was flat on the floor. I added money, bills and change, to the altar and a male figure god on a Mayan healing pipe. I placed a pink candle on the east side of the circle. It's Mexican style, a tall glass cylinder with a picture of the Virgin of Guadalupe. The candle and the male figure were opposite each other on separate sides of the embracing couple. Through all three house I wore a pink prayer shawl. As I was lying on the floor, I breathed in red earth energy through the bottom of my feet and breathed it out my crown chakra. And then I would breathe in white light from the crown and send it out through my feet. I went deep. I saw the three great pyramids, at Giza?, and saw them surrounded with a pink light. I forgave the elder priests, I forgave myself, I felt streams of old karma or old energy flow out of me. Whew. I opened. More open? And then I fell into a deep trance and I'm not sure what happened. I surfaced right at 12:55, offered my prayer for the Sacred Marriage, for the flow of money in and out of my life. Got up. Knelt and touched my head to the floor. And I was exhausted and filled with energy at the same time. I looked out the east window and it was still, so still, like the world was holding its breath. And then I simply climbed on to the couch and covered with the comforter and lay there a bit.

And now I will step into a hot shower and feel the blessing of wet. I will dress and walk into the world new. Peace to you my cyberspace sister and Shield Guide. Thank you for being part of the journey.

Wow! What a day! I began my day with my usual clearing exercise. As I was finishing up, I sensed that you were waiting for me to go on a journey. Once I was ready, we departed for the Mayan world. We went to the Sarcophagus beneath the Pyramid of the Sun. There was a ceremony. I couldn't get a clear picture, but I sensed that it was a wedding ceremony between you and Lord Pacal. I got a few fuzzy pictures of you in a long white wedding dress. You were very beautiful. The ceremony went on for a while, but I don't remember too much detail. Then you and Pacal left through the portal on what I assumed was a Cosmic Honeymoon.

Again, I could feel a tremendous amount of Love, and I could actually hear you this time as we read the words. (I still can't pronounce the Mayan words.) At the part "Vision Serpent will take me there," I went into the light tunnel and emerged at the Pyramid of the Sun. All of the Maya were there to greet us. We all met in the courtyard in front of the Pyramid. Those of us from this dimension formed a circle around the courtyard, then we sat and watched the Mayan celebration. There was dancing and ceremony. Then you and Lord Pacal stepped into the center, with a large vessel or urn. They went completely around the circle, pouring a drink of some sort (wine came to mind) to everyone. Then we all drank a toast to our coming together as One. We all raised our hearts to Heaven and to the Earth Mother in celebration of our Love. Then all of the Maya intermingled and personally greeted each of us with embraces and hand shakes. We all joined together into several concentric circles, with each circle of people dancing round and round, and alternating circles going in opposite directions. After a while, I stepped out of the circle, and then I turned into a white eagle and began to soar in circles, higher and higher. I did make one special personal request. I asked that we all take a moment and focus our Love on our Mother Earth, that she may heal as we heal ourselves. That ended the Ritual for me.

I was sitting in meditation for awhile when the thought struck me: with so many people meditating at the same time for the same purpose, it must have an effect even if there was nothing on "the other side" to help us. Then I was drawn to a point above the earth. There I saw a ribbon of light come from each person on earth who was meditating. These ribbons were varied colored and they all rose up to a pole in heaven. This reminded me of a May pole Then I saw all the ribbons of light mixed together as they would weave a tapestry. It was beautiful. And of course there is something on the other side that responded to us. The weather was overcast until 12:35 local time and then the sun came out bright and clear and stayed out all day.

Stopped for coffee and to just sit and think, and allow. Big E (the big Egyptian who's been 'shaking' me since Saturday...*s*) wrote a little to me as I sat at the counter with my coffee, pen and pad. He wrote: "You have no idea yet what has happened. You do feel the calm. That's good, but we are chuckling, for this has gone soooooooo very well. This meditation, too, will be on-going, as you figured. Thank you." Hermes [new Mayan guide] and Pacal and many others were identified to me as present... each letting me feel their presence briefly.

Um, ok. I know that I've never been much for rituals so to speak. I tried, really tried, to somewhat follow the instructions you sent as suggestions. No Maya came roaring through my door. No brilliant white light flooded my room. But, I tend to gage my spiritual experiences through feeling and among other things, physical reaction. And I did feel something last Saturday. In particular, the left side of my body became very warm, if not hot. I cannot explain why, and the feeling still lingers. My dreams have gotten a little strange, if not urgent. When I first started meditating in June, one night I clearly remember a voice as I was drifting off to sleep, saying "Now, you are going to be experiencing some very different, strange things. You're path is different now." I guess that time has now begun. I will try to welcome these changes without fear & with as little apprehension as possible. Thank u for helping me be part of the ritual.

This is the first Ritual that I've done, I missed the last ones for several and unexcusable reasons. Anyway. The 18th I did the Ritual approx at 12:00pm, no chance to do it at 8pm. I used amethyst, topaz, pearls, a crystal sphere to build the portal, I lit incense and two violet candles. The portal that I sensed is located very close to the bathroom, in a small hall between two rooms and a closet. I did relaxation and then light meditation to balance my chakras. I stayed in a very relaxed state of consciousness for about 20 minutes, and just felt calmed, loved, in balance. That night I had a very strange dream, I have never dreamed with whales. I dreamed that I was in a sort of a room with somebody that I couldn't see and I was holding this very small whale (at least that is what it looked like) in my hands in a sort of a protection wrap. Then the individual that was with me took it from my hands and put in a small pool. And I felt very good. I felt the happiness of the tiny whale (like a killer whale).

I can't exactly recall which event happen first, but also dreamed about being in the open, like in a back yard of a farm house and there were all this types of ships "flying" over us, I wasn't not alone but I can't tell who I was with, I was sort of in a contemplation state, and felt love and secure. It was night and a not very dark. But I saw some different ship formations, like geese on flight, then like forming a kind of a geometrical shape (squares and rectangles). That's everything that I consciously can remember. Yesterday I did the Ritual and felt the deepening very fast, felt very calmed and loved. This time I didn't use nor candles nor incense.

Well I did the Ritual everyday from the 18th to the 23ed. I did not experience anything out of the ordinary. But I did do a tarot reading and I made some really good connections. So I feel I was opened up a little.

I am sorry to say, I didn't do the ritual. So last night I had headed to bed about 8:30, just after finishing reading "Ritual of the Sarcophagus". When I came to 'Air Ritual for Spirit Soul to Walk the Sky" I read the words aloud. Then I went straight to bed. Sometime between 9 and midnight, a large clap of thunder sounded, waking me, and as I was facing the window, I noticed that the whole sky lit up pink, it was beautiful pink clouds. I realized then that I was with you when I was wakened. I was so tired last night that it didn't dawn on me quick enough to write down anything. So I don't have a recollection of anything except you and the pink sky. A friend had just told me yesterday that the night before she was out driving close to midnight and a thunderstorm blew in, and she remarked that the lightning was a beautiful pink and blue. Isn't this all weird?? If you was with me last evening and was skywalking, would you please clue me in!!~~~grin~~~ Thanks!!!

I did my meditation on 1/23/97 from 9:25am to 10:10am...I placed crystals on all my chakras and I laid underneath my pyramid...first I moved forward to an alter with a brilliant white flame in the center...I began to get frightened by this and backed off a little. Then, I realized this journey was about love. So I proceeded to the flame, and I was projected throughout the universe it was beautiful... then, as I came back I saw the earth surrounded by triangular gridwork...it too was beautiful...I felt a jolt of energy shoot through my body... and, then, I was part (connected) of the gridwork... this was a little frightening to me. however, I calmly accepted the energy, and had an amazing meditation...It was mostly cloudy, so mister sunshine peeked down on me occasionally throughout the day...

It's been very windy here on and off. Rangi tells me it was very windy last night after we did the ritual. It was also windy during our first ritual. I remember because I wanted to go for a walk and couldn't because of the wild wind. While Wellington does have a reputation for being a windy city, it's been unusually windy over the last few days. A week before the ritual we also had a freak lightning storm. I thought about Hurukan then. It was like he was directing it at my window to let me know he was there and very much aware of me.

I am just reading an old mail of yours on "what is a portal," how to find one, etc. There I find the following paragraph:

"Before you begin portal activation, stand or sit outside it and look inside for any unusual activity, such as speeding specks of dust, black lightning, heavy air, shadows, etc. I usually see very wispy clouds of air and speeding specks of dust. I know people who have seen "black lightning" and heavy air. Gossamer clouds are easy to see inside the portal. When performing Ritual of the Portal, "magical" items, patterns of movement, and invocations create an important atmosphere and gestalt."

There I remembered a thing a dear spiritual friend of mine has been writing. His name is Hua Ching Ni, he is an 84 year old Chinese healer and teacher, and he told the following story: in an ancient Chinese text he has found a ritual of invoking a highly evolved starry person. It was sort of a magic ritual, that had to be done on 49 days in a row. Within that period of time an event that we today would call the opening of a portal would occur. And sure it did (took him only 12 or 13 days, btw). When it started it began with a "black light in the middle of the room." On seeing this he started doing the appropriate invocations and so forth.

He did make contact with a starry person, which was his first contact of that sort. He was fairly young then, and in the meanwhile he has had many and has made good use of the contacts as well. But this is another story. I just though you might be interested in the report that comes from a very different angle.

Wow, what a day. I got into my portal at 12:20pm, There was a distinct double knock on the wall, The incense I was burning began to circle around the four candles, and you could hear a noise that was encircling the room. My son was in the room and heard both these things. He said it was like something was circling the room. I felt it more like an energy vortex. I closed my eyes and then felt lifted. I opened my eyes and saw a dimly lit arch. I was walking on large stones and it felt like I was inside a ruin. It was dark and musty and it smelt dank and must. I was looking around trying to decide where exactly I was, trying to see something because it was dark. I turned to my left and saw a luminous figure seated. I was pulled back to the bedroom because my son was trying to get my attention that it was 12:30pm. There was a white mist in the room. I closed my eyes again and was in a white mist. Many beings were there and they all seemed to be native American. I was searching for Chief Joseph of the Nez Perce and my heart sent out a message to let him know how sorry I was for the terrible things that the US government did to his people and that hopefully someday they could return to the Wallowa valley which was their earthly home. Then I whispered to God how much I loved Him. I was back in the room and I sat peacefully for a half an hour. Then I closed the portal and left the house. I was in a store checkout line. The man standing next to me started to stare at me. Then he began smiling and broke out into a song, He sang loudly. I felt radiant and all aglow. What a wonderful day.

I forgot one important detail of my eternity in 17 minutes. I was in the mist again. Very lovely white light. My heart spoke and made a commitment to Gaia to do whatever I could to be of service in the healing of the mother, the earth, so her spirit could once again express itself in its fullest beauty. It is almost unfathomable to me that I could experience so much in such a short period of time.

I was stranded on a Greek island during rainstorm. At night I crawled under the covers reading Robert Graves interpretations of the myths. During the day I often climbed up the mountain where the cubicle houses huddle against each other over labyrinth paths to avoid pirates attacks - clinging to the slope below the monastery and castle ruins. I sat in the monastery church for a long time drawing the ornamental icon stand - watching the monk add oil to the little lamps. The walls covered with icons some dark and old, some shining bright and silvery. This day it was not blowing quite as much and I climbed all the way up to the castle at the top. But it started raining and I huddled under a vaulted roof to avoid getting drenched. I wasn't meditating - I sat smoking on a dirty piece of wood, watching the clouds.

The mighty all powerful Goddess was there - was everywhere

She was so big that no-one noticed her
so much of everything that she was taken for granted.
The monk with his black cap bent over the icons never looked up -
He never noticed her.
Nor do we.

The 17th I meditated long in a beautiful olive grove high on a hill and got some interesting insights into what I saw in Delphi on Saturday. Asking to go to Meso-Amerika I was made aware of Pacal Votan's mother and her role or quest keeping and holding the "diplomatic" strength/strings for the time before Pacal could take office. She seemed to work with a certain group of people that "knew" the importance of this task while others didn't. Though she and her group had very strong connections with the heavens - I saw forms in the sky - it was both - like knowing totally and not knowing quite enough to be able to draw the connection through - yet feeling it should be done - conferring much with priests and elders. She was not wholly a queen in the sense that she knew that didn't matter - though the queenship and kingship were very important to carry out the intended mission. I found this interesting in the light of what you wrote about yourself and I had not seen because I was away.

Well I did a meditation on the 23rd...I felt as though I should lie down on the earth, so I took my blanket and went outside. I lay down on a N-S orientation with my arms spread out like a cross. The first thing I saw was a 'flower of life' pattern and then I was enveloped in a beautiful golden light. I focused on bringing in energies to all and to the earth and opening myself up to the higher energies. I saw star-bursts of purple and then a wonderful field of intense pink, then the gold again....Later when I sat up, the sky was filled with dark clouds and a hawk or an eagle (I couldn't tell which) was circling in the distance...there were also mysterious looking small pyramid shaped clouds in a row across the sky (I felt as if they were crafts!!)... Didn't see any beings or get any messages, but it was a very wonderful feeling and I knew I had connected with all....

Four of us meditated at around noon pst on Jan 23. We read your email, but did not do the full ritual. My experience was one of initial extreme business in mundane world and non-physical realms...then an experience of extremely complex, richly varied "personality" textures, all interacting in very individualistic but harmonious manner. My experience at the drum-jam/dance the next night was similar...there was a definite new level of individual expression in concert with the whole -- quite powerful, enlivening and exciting. Many nodded enthusiastically that it was now indeed a New Age! Wow! That's twice now I've Emailed you & received your Email within seconds! The Universe works in magical mystical ways! -- What fun!

I wanted to draw a card from the Tarot of the Spirit on that night (22nd) to use in my ritual on the 23rd. I drew the "8" (lemniscate!) of Wind--The Power Shield. This was very significant to me personally, because of the power shield that I had told you about. I'm sure I never told you the way I set up my altar when I did my ritual. I did say I had to wait to do it on the 23rd. It was very sunny. A perfect day to do the planetary alignment. I had a strand of lapis and a strand of turquoise that I use to make a 6 pointed star. Each strand was a triangle. In each tip I placed a crystal. In the center I placed my power shield. On it, I placed my polished amethyst point. (It stands up). I had 2 very unusually colored blue candle holders and used them, lit, on either side of my star. Above my star, I had the 2 of Fire-Convergence, upright, with the 8 of Wind-Power Shield across it, like a "T". This was done in my portal. I sat at the edge. (The portal is much bigger than this now, I just used the original edge.)

I did the ritual right after the Gaia meditation. That night I had a dream about being shown what the energy looked like. I could see waves in the dream and I could tell by this how many entities were there. I also dreamed about being in a black tunnel and being able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. The light was blue. Today, at lunch with my daughter, the bill was $8.88. These numbers are on my power shield.

I did the ritual on the 18th and the 23rd. I actually kept it simple for a change. I have a wonderful white satin altar cloth the was a gift to me that I used. I have a meditation room that is a loft. I put the cloth in the center of the floor, I put a white candle in the center and then I did the ritual facing each of the four directions first and then I just sat in quiet meditation and repeated the ritual again. This is what I was guided to do. Well, the energy that flowed through me and around me was very very high energy. I then had to drink three glasses of water which helped to ground me. I was charged with electrical energy for several days. My computer went crazy, the phone line that I use for the computer went dead, hair dryer wouldn't work, curling iron kept going off, phone answering machine would not record messages. So, for a while I was cut off from the outside world and this forced me to stay in the energy. I went to the store and walked in TJ Maxx and the lights went out in the store! This was like that for about 15 minutes. Coincidence? I don't think so. This happens to me with electrical things when I am super charged with new energy. I don't know what was supposed to happen but I would definitely say a portal was opened. Also, I did some wonderful new chanting during the meditation. Thanks for all the information that you send us. I am starting a new group that will meet on Saturday evenings in my home and I will share all info that you send.

I performed the ritual in a school building, as I was working there at that moment. It was the 23rd Jan. 18.35 local time, which is 6 hours later than your timeline. There was a very intense fog and you couldn't see more then 10 feet. I was not able to make much of a portal and couldn't find the exact location of the portal in the classroom I was at, so I had to improvise. I made the portal out of a piece of violet silk. I made a cross out of the tarot card from the inner-child deck, in which I only placed a card referring to the star-people. I placed 2 crystals on both vertical sides of the cloth. In the middle I placed a burning candle which moved vigorously during the ritual. I put a piece of skin of a wolf and a stone that represent the "Little people" (elves I communicate with during Shamanistic rituals) at the end I was sitting at.

I started the ritual exactly on time and immediately felt a very high energy. It stayed very high for about 20 minutes after which I could feel a change. I felt like being pulled into a tunnel. The tunnel was very long and I knew it was a snake I travelled through. Then I saw a male Maya in front of me. He wore a green skirt which was decorated with typical Maya images, had wrist bracelets and a feather bonnet on his head. He just showed me a place to sit down, which I did. Then a sort of a curtain made out of mails was draped around the place I sat. I felt and saw a very bright light all around me and I "changed" into a Maya myself. The man in front of me said to me that he would show me my true face, which he did me putting a mirrorlike object in front of me. I was a completely different person and recognized myself by my eyes. I knew this person, I think from dreams. He told me I was a great healer and that I was to teach people about that. Than he pointed to a small house, which was square shaped, about 5 by 5 feet. I was to enter this and when I did I saw a very bright light. I immediately felt myself being pulled through a tunnel again, that was even longer then the previous one. This also felt like a snake. On the other side I came to a place with a huge rainbow underneath which there were 3 golden pyramids. In the middle one I saw a crystal pyramid and looking at that I also saw the earth inside it. It was turning and started to fade away. To me it was like there was a big change coming up for earth, which of course is exactly what is already happening and the pace is increasing. Seeing that I suddenly knew I had to get back. I was drawn into the tunnels again and returned at my alter. This ended the ritual. It all felt both very exciting and safe. I'll be doing the ritual again in March.

Ritual of the Cathedral portal is the quintessential ritual! This is the fifth ritual, in the element of Aether. The four rituals preceding this one invoked the four elements and constituents of Matter: Fire, Water, Air and Earth. In Ritual of the Cathedral Portal we performed Fire Ritual to Invoke the Shield Guides. In Ritual of the Rock Eagle Portals we performed Fire Water Ritual to Call Forth the Wings of Love. In Ritual of the Pyramid Portals we performed Earth Ritual to Empower the Spirit-Soul. In Ritual of the Sarcophagus Portal we performed Air Ritual for Spirit-Soul to Walk the Sky. Thus, we invoked the four elements and also the energies of the ancient worlds: the Celts of Great Britain, the Mound Builder Indians of North America, the Egyptians, the Aztecs and the Mayas of Central America.

These are powerful energies we called upon, for these are the energies that built legendary civilizations on this planet, and in so doing preserved and advanced the Ancient Knowledge. We also have asked many great spiritual beings, Energy-Intelligences, Planetary Spirits and Occult Forces of the universe to assist us in our alchemical Great Work of spiritual evolution and planetary ascension. In these rituals we boldly called for many individuals, many collective consciousnesses and the God-power of the universe to shed Light and Love on us while we work on behalf of universal consciousness. These great and powerful Beings of Light responded to our collective call and are joining with us to bring us and our planet to a whole new level of consciousness.

What is the significance of the four elements? In classical astrology the appearance and construction of each created thing is determined by a specific combination of the concourse of the forces of the four elements. When the elements of Fire, Water, Air and Earth are in contact they set up a motion which produces an action. The form the action takes is dependent upon the concourse of the forces brought together. The first concourse of the forces of Fire and Air produced heaven and earth. The second concourse of the forces of Air and Water created a strong wind born from water, which created all vegetation. From the third concourse of the forces of Air and Fire, generation began. The fourth concourse of the forces of Water and Fire entered into contact with Earth and this resulted in the creation of humanity.

We learn by this allegorical mythology that concourse of the forces is a powerful formula for creation in the universe. In this Aether ritual we are bringing together the four elements and also the powerful Beings of Light and their energies to direct the four elements into the concourse of the forces for the benefit of our planet, our group consciousness and our individual selves. Because we are motiveless, desiring to work for the greater good within the Light of Divine Love, these great powers are responding. With this Aether ritual we will activate the great celestial Cross of Light in the vault of the Northern Hemisphere. This cross will light for eternity this time on this planet when Spirit and Matter came together for the love and benefit of all. Plato said the power which comes next to the highest God is marked with a Cross of Light upon the universe, and we will draw upon the power of our Cross of Light for guidance and energy as we continue our Work on the physical plane.

The fusion - the alchemy - of Spirit and Matter expressed by the Cross of Light also is powerfully expressed by the total solar eclipse during the night of the ritual, or Sunday, March 9, in Siberia. Lasting longer than 2 minutes, the solar eclipse will allow for an easy view of comet Hale-Bopp if you are in eastern Asia. The visibility of a comet during a total solar eclipse is quite a rare event and has only happened four times in the last century or so.

Throughout the ages, the alchemical union of the sun and moon is the most enduring symbol in alchemy. When Forces of Light (the Sun) and Forces of Dark Light (the Moon) come together on March 9, the energies of union will be facilitated by Chartres Cathedral near Paris. Within the cathedral, concourse of the forces is always active in the Earth of the crypt where the portal is cited; in the Water of the Well of the Strong beside the portal; in the Fire of the cathedral, burned down five times; and in the Air of the flying buttresses of the Gothic arches, built on the principles of sacred geometry.

By the Aether ritual, its natural power amplified by the solar eclipse, we will fulfill several Love goals, including: bringing into geometrical alignment the energy on this planet by bringing through the portal of Chartres the angels of geometry and the geometry monks; linking with the healing spiritual vibrations of the Divine Mother, Our Lady of Chartres; and activating for ourselves the energy power of the mythological wealth and legendary treasures of the planet and the vast wealth of the Knights Templar, who built Chartres and many healing hospices all over France. We will create for ourselves the Ring of the Niebelung, the golden ring symbolizing the power of Spirit with the wealth of the planet. With both Spirit and material resources accessible to us, we can continue our spiritual work and go forth into the world as spiritual knights under the banner of Health, Wealth and Love!

Chartres Cathedral and The Knights Templar

When you do the ritual this time, think about inviting someone to participate. Sometimes, group consciousness (two is a group) can manifest an experience that is more palpable than what individual consciousness provides. LindaLibra's Merkaba meditation group produces impressive group ritual results. Here is their Ritual of the Sarcophagus Portal:

Our group usually sits around a large table with the various accouterments for the ritual in front of us. For this one, however, it seemed appropriate to set up an altar in the pathway of the room's portal without table. A pathway of crystals (most of these were milky) and candles led from the portal entry, and the altar itself had the large Merkaba in the center surrounded by a circle of crystal laser wands and other crystals on top of a like number of major arcana cards, intuitively drawn. Several other appropriately placed crystals were also around the setup. Each of the participants intuitively drew a power deck card and an angel oracle card to be read at the end of the process for further guidance. Our intention and focus was to be in a place of love for ourselves and the Universe so as to be clearer channels for love for the earth and all lifeforms. We sang songs and performed chants especially to assist in the raising of the vibration. The Heartbeat Drumming was also performed to attune to Mother Earth's vibration.

A 21 breath Merkaba meditation was accomplished with a call afterward for all to join in a network of light with all others who were also engaged in the meditative activity of the day (Gaiamind, World Peace, and yours), linking the cosmic Christ grid. A silent meditation allowed each to receive his/her own insight. The very first energy sensed by all present was that of the Divine Mother, followed by a stream of others including the sense of Archangel Michael and Gabriel (the first time I had ever seen Gabriel), Shiva, Jesus, and a number of others (ours is an eclectic group). The energy flowed around the room thru the portal in such waves that it was easily "seen" and sensed: we were sitting in a semicircle in front of the altar and around the area. In answer to my request, a "raft" of Mayans entered the room, resplendent to say the least. Each of the Mayan etherics appeared to blend with one of the participants in the meditation. We were in the silence of that energy for some time, and all felt they had received healing, inspiration, and personal guidance, as well as being a part of a greater healing, ascending effort. The general consensus was this was the most dynamic of all we have held up to this time. Thanks for being a channel of Light, Claire. Blessings.

Group Consciousness is a powerful dynamic and a blessed event. What an experience it is when someone sitting beside you describes to you what you are seeing through inner vision! Others are seeing it along with you because it is a group consciousness inner vision. In the group ritual I led this February in Atlanta, we saw with 3rd eye a flaming red rosebud. This is Dante Alighieri's "Rose of the Blessed." In Dante's structure of the universe, the Rose of the Blessed is situated beyond the planetary spheres and signifies ascension into a new way of seeing, a new way of thinking, a new way of Being toward the Divine.

Celestial Orders Of The Prophets
Of The Golden Masons

With only one week until the ritual, the energy is really beginning to build! This is the quintessential ritual, so it is important to have a little more preparation time than usual. For this reason I have posted all the ritual articles, as well as the ritual, on the website. You may not hear from me again by Email before the ritual, because I am beginning my meditation now.

In the Aether ritual you will see references to a gold ring and a silver cape. This is part of an initiation I recently experienced in which I was empowered by Spirit to marry the wealth of the planet to the spiritual aspirations of all involved in this ritual. This light-body initiation and Divine Marriage was performed on the stone steps of Chartres Cathedral and officiated by the Celestial Orders of the Prophets of the Golden Masons. This is the name of the Order of the angels of sacred geometry and the geometry monks who are coming through the portal at Chartres. This is an angelic order devoted to the Divine Mother and whose initiates are the Knights Templar (warrior monks), the Benedictine monks (Alchemy monks) and the Palamun monks (Gnostic monks).

In the initiation, a man wearing a white ritual gown and a red cloth belt came forward accompanied by a Shield Guide. The man carried before him a small white pillow upon which rested a beautiful wedding ring of gold light. When the ring bearer presented me with the gold ring, it floated up from the pillow and turned slowly in a circle, growing bigger and bigger, then small again. A thin, wide sheet of glittering silver etched with symbols materialized and wrapped itself around my shoulders, form-fitting itself to me to become a silver cape. I felt intense excitement and breathlessness (even as I write this), and gasping a little (solar plexus chakra activity) I was awakened by my guides to take a deep breath. In that ceremony I was initiated as a spiritual knight into the Celestial Orders of the Prophets of the Golden Masons. We are divinely wed to the Divine Mother.

Retrograde Energy,
The Piscean Influence
And Pilgrims With Backpacks

As a frequent skywalker I often encounter energy patterns and life forms different from my own. Have you ever dreamed that you are going in fast reverse and can't stop? That is the experience of connecting with retrograde energy. The energy is quite powerful and allows for the release of less-than-eternal emotions, especially fear, which weigh us down and hold us in our little selves while our larger selves patiently await. We are experiencing at this time strong retrograde energy, expressed by the apparent reverse motion of Mars and Pluto.

This energy has lessons to teach if we can find the classroom! After skywalking through the portal to Chartres a few nights ago, I encountered inside the cathedral the retrograde, spiral energy housed by the sacred geometry of the architecture. I passed through the portal and was moving inside the cathedral in comfort when suddenly I went straight backwards at about 30 miles per hour, then full forward, then took a sharp 90 degree right turn and then, falling fearlessly to the left, I tumbled down from the Gothic arches like falling from the tower on The Tower card in tarot. As I fell I had a series of thoughts and images that seemed unrelated to the experience of the moment.

Swept along in this retrograde energy vortex I fell into the crypt and into the fishy, Piscean water of the Well of the Strong. Under the Piscean energy influence of fishes swimming in opposite directions, I splashed around and experienced difficulty of movement as I struggled to right myself and reassert my own energy pattern. I avoided "drowning" only by finding the strength to shed a layer of self like removing a heavy overcoat. The coat was woven of fear, and after casting it aside I floated free.

This experience gave me considerable insights into ascension. The fish of Pisces are tied together and want to hold onto the old and the known, being fearful of loss and the unknown. But by releasing these fears we can swim free to the next level. The Pisces sign represents the attainment of universal consciousness at the end of a cycle, and this attainment involves letting go of the known in favor of the unknown. Connecting with retrograde energy also taught me a fascinating lesson about universal consciousness and the Eternal Now. Although it seemed to me I traveled backwards at a speed of 30 miles per hour, in fact I traveled so fast in reverse that I went into the future and experienced the events that happened the following day as thoughts and images as I fell into the crypt. Through the portal I went back to the future!

The energy of the Chartres ritual is profound and paradoxical -- it is both volatile and peaceful. And I wonder if you have seen any etheric young "pilgrims" lately? Some of them are wearing backpacks! They have come here to do the ritual with us.

Right away what stands out is that 8 planets along with 3 asteroids (11 planetary bodies!) are lined up entirely within the 2nd and 3rd houses. The 2nd house, of connection with the material plane, is ruled by Capricorn with asteroid Pallas Athena (the wise warrior - Knights Templar??) at the cusp and Neptune in Capricorn nearby, and includes the important conjunction of Uranus and Jupiter in Aquarius. The asteroids Ceres (in Aquarius) and Vesta (in Pisces) are also in the 2nd house. The conjunction of Uranus/Jupiter in Aquarius can indicate expanded opportunities when we begin to trust advanced concepts. In the 2nd house, this conjunction along with the other 4 planets/asteroids points to an emphasis on creating a new material foundation based on expanded concepts.

The Pisces-ruled 3rd house contains a line-up of 4 planets - Venus, Mercury, Sun and Moon (tightly conjuncted in the eclipse) all in Pisces, along with Saturn in Aries. The 3rd house of lower mind and communication ruled by Pisces with 5 planets inside can indicate an intuitive opening up of the "lower" mind to receive the Piscean ideal of unconditional love - very indicative of the Divine Mother influence, I'd say! Saturn in Aries is a nice addition, since it tends to anchor new experiences in the mental realm - meaning, our conscious minds can more readily accept/believe these experiences.

Retrograde Mars/North Node conjunction in Virgo is in the 9th house of higher mind, indicating that the experience of the lower/conscious mind can be channeled through the higher mind. In fact, this shows that the higher mind is ready and willing to handle the details, organize and help integrate the experience.

The transformational energy of Chiron in Scorpio is located in the 10th house. It's interesting that the Atlanta (East Coast) chart has Scorpio/Chiron in the ego arena, while the major portal of Chartres has it in the house of worldly recognition. It's as if it is "time" for this ancient portal to be once again utilized "out in the world", but we aren't meant to use this for our own ego-aggrandizement.

Retrograde Pluto in Sagittarius is located in the 12th house, which has Scorpio at the cusp. This adds another message about transformation - Pluto is the planet of transformation in the 12th house ruled by Scorpio, the sign of transformation. Pluto/Sagittarius in the 12th house of connection with other realities, can indicate that it is time to let go of our fears around reaching out toward higher planes of reality. This process can help us reconcile the "dreamtime" with who we project ourselves to be - since in the chart Sagittarius begins in the 12th house, but spills out into the 1st house of persona and rules the ascendant.

The Vertex is in Cancer in the 8th house (another indicator of transformation, since the 8th house is the house of transformation) and is opposite Neptune/Capricorn in the 2nd house. This can be phrased as, "Destiny knocks at the door of transformation, waiting for us to dissolve our former concepts around the material plane and enter a new dimension."

The asteroid Juno is in Taurus in the 5th house of creativity indicating the willingness to commit to grounding creative endeavors.

And finally, one fascinating note is that the comet Hale Bopp (according to the ephemeris provided by Astrolabe) will be traveling through Pisces very close to the Sun/Moon eclipse at the time of the ritual! So it will be highLIGHTing the Pisces sector of the chart - the Divine Mother Love.

A Light-Matrix In Stone

Our Lady of Chartres Cathedral, dedicated to the Divine Mother and built 1128-1228 CE above an ancient geophysical portal, is a light-matrix in stone. Demonstrating this is a comparison of the cathedral ground plan to the World Soul, a light-matrix design based upon the Kabala Tree of Life. The World Soul light-matrix demonstrates the geometrical properties of light which are built into the cathedral as sacred geometry. Chartres is designed according to proportions which obey the law of the Golden Mean, 1.618 (phi). In Chartres, distances between pillars and the lengths of the nave, transepts, and the choir are all multiples of the Golden Mean. The ribs supporting the vaults of the quadrangular units of which the cathedral is composed are the shape of the golden rectangle. The overall ground plan design of Chartres is a Latin Cross, symbolizing Light of the Cross, where Spirit and Matter come together.

The esoteric concept of sacred geometry as being based upon the geometrical properties of light is demonstrated by placing the ground plan of Chartres beside the light-matrix. Spheres S1, S2 and S3 are connected by two diagonal paths of light, D1 and D2, and one horizontal path of light, H1, creating the top up-pointed acute triangle of the light-matrix. In the cathedral, these are the three great stained-glass windows through which streams bright sunlight, the material world counterpart of the Boundless Light/Great Creator. The brilliant light illuminates the interior of the cathedral, enlightening Sacred Center, S4 on the light-matrix. S2, S3 and S4, connected by H1, D7 and D8, form an down-pointed acute triangle, the mirror image of the first up-pointed triangle. The corners of North and South Transepts of the cathedral are S6 and S9 on the left, and S5 and S8 on the right. In the center of the transepts is occulted S7. The spheres S4, S5, and S6, connected by H2, D9 and D10, form a second up-pointed acute triangle. S5, S6 and S7, connected by H2, D13 and D14, form its mirror image, a down-pointed acute triangle. The spheres S7, S8 and S9, connected by H3, D15 and D16, form the 3rd up-pointed acute triangle. Below occulted S7 is Vortex, S10, defined as "Portal" in Kabalism. S8, S9 and S10, connected by H3, D21 and D22, form a third down-pointed acute triangle. Below Vortex is Great West Door, S13, defined as "Communion" in Kabalism. S10, S11 and S12, connected by H4, D23 and D24, form a 4th up-pointed acute triangle. S11, S12 and S13, connected by H4, D29 and D30 form a 4th down-pointed acute triangle.

This system of repeating mirror image triangles is a graphic representation of the ancient and venerable philosophy of Emanationism, the secret religious philosophy of the Jewish rabbis and many others before and after them. The World Soul glyph describes a universe (and a cathedral) based upon rational order and comprehensible intellectual structure. It is derived, in part, from Platonism, in which the original template, or tri-fold god-energy/light, is duplicated endlessly throughout the universe in various degrees of light-density and power. The philosophy is enduring throughout the ages but not widely popular, because the idea of God as the ultimate matrixed, metaphysical Energy-Intelligence-Creator expressed in terms of light is challenging to conceptualize, being such a long way from the popular notion of God as a gaseous vertebrate.

The light-matrix, like the Kabala Tree of Life, is composed of three vertical pillars. Left pillar is comprised of spheres S3, S6, S9 and S12, connected by vertical paths of light numbered V3, V6, and V9. In Kabalism the left pillar is designated negative. Right pillar is comprised of S2, S5, S8 and S11 connected by V2, V5 and V8. Right pillar is designated positive. Middle pillar is comprised of S1, S4, S7, S10 and S13. Middle pillar is neutral. Diagonal paths of light connect all these spheres together and form acute triangles of various sizes. The spheres on the outer pillars are connected by horizontal paths of attraction-repulsion H1, H2, H3 and H4. Three rectangles are formed by the horizontal paths of light connecting with the vertical paths of light at the spheres on the outer pillars. The rectangles are halved by the middle pillar, creating six cubes, three on the right of the middle pillar and three on the left. The light-matrix is a representative section of a continuum, the triangles repeating ad infinitum.

At the top of the left and negative pillar is Sphere 3, S3, known in Kabalism as "Form" and named Binah, the Black Mother. In Chartres this Kabalistic pillar is the Black Madonna, called Our Lady of the Pillar. She is the womb portal/feminine energy through which all of the material world is born as her Divine Child. The three pillars, depicting the ancient Three Primordial Principles of creation, is found in art as early as 6,000 BCE. The three pillars shows the polarities at work in creating the spiral energy of the vortex, a representation of which is found carved on the floor of Chartres. When studied from a different angle, both the linear ground plan of Chartres and the linear appearance of the light-matrix can be seen as concentric circles of the vortex. Spiral energy, Divine Mother energy, is the most powerful energy/light configuration in the universe.

Traditionally, when the pilgrims entered the cathedral through Great West Door they proceeded to Vortex. At the center of Vortex used to be the combat of Theseus and the Minotaur, erased over time by the feet of pilgrims. From the outer circle of Vortex the pilgrims performed a ritual of the portal in which they spun around and around ever inward, activating and integrating the spiral energy/light, until they reached the center of the vortex. After this ritual, they proceeded into the cathedral to await their turn to enter the crypt of the cathedral, where another ritual was performed to invoke the healing powers of the Divine Mother. Inside the cathedral, the metaphysical portal/shamanic tunnel is erected in the divine proportions of the sacred geometry that comprise its arched architecture. And there, at the end of the great arched tunnel, is the huge Rose window, the representation of Ain Soph, the Boundless Light.

131 feet below the pinnacle of the Gothic arch and 131 feet over the ancient geophysical portal floats Sacred Center, S4 on the light-matrix. Beneath Sacred Center, in the crypt of the cathedral, is a convergence point of telluric (earth) energy, where is located a dolmen and a well. The dolmen, a megalithic tomb of two standing stones supporting a large, flat boulder, was built about the time of Stonehenge. Located at that place is a well, called "the Well of the Strong." The dolmen and the well were once buried within a mound, creating a portal tall enough to walk through. Chartres is the 6th church built over the dolmen and the well, the other five having been destroyed by fire.

Until the 18th century, every pilgrim took part in a second ritual of the portal involving descent to the dolmen, where they were blessed with the water from the well. In the 3rd century CE, Christians named this underground sanctuary "Druid's Grotto" because mysterious rituals were held here long ago, and they attributed the rituals to the Druids and their college, or mystery school.

Residing in the crypt is the statue of The Virgin of the Crypt - Our Lady of Chartres. Throughout history, sick people were nursed in the crypt, usually for a period of 9 days. Great crowds were drawn to the sanctuary, and pilgrims slept in the cathedral while waiting their turn to the crypt. This accounts for the slope of the nave paving allowing a thorough washing, and panels of the stained-glass windows could be taken out to air the building. Many miracles took place in the crypt and are recorded in chronicles of the cathedral and attributed to The Virgin of the Crypt. The origin and heart of Chartres is the crypt, the womb portal of Our Lady and her healing spiral energy. "Traveling through the universe, spiraling through the universe is Universal Mother energy." (Words of the Matawil) Chartres Cathedral was built on the principles of sacred geometry especially to channel and amplify the spiritual vibrations of this nurturing, healing God energy.

The Knights Templar And The
Ark Of The Covenant

Shrouded in mystery is the financing and building of Chartres, involving the Knights Templar, the last order of the Grail Knights. The mystery involves how the Templars found the knowledge as early as the 12th century CE to build such a magnificent cathedral. The answer to this mystery lies in the quest the Knights undertook in traveling to Jerusalem. They hoped to gain secret knowledge believed to be held there in the Ark of the Covenant, which was rumored to be buried under Solomon's Temple. Because their first quarters in Jerusalem adjoined a building known at the time as Solomon's Temple, the Knights became known as the Poor Knights of Christ and of the Temple of Solomon, or Knights Templar.

The Ark of the Covenant was a wooden chest (arca) in which the Jews kept the tablets of the Law. In Jewish synagogues and temples an ark is a cabinet for housing holy scrolls. The Ark mosaic in Israel at the Beth Alpha Synagogue, built during the Greco-Roman period, portrays the Ark of the Covenant designed like the light-matrix in which are contained the Holy Scrolls of the Law. The Ark is comprised of three pillars, negative on the left, positive on the right and neutral in the middle. To the right and left of the middle pillar are 4 cubes stacked vertically with designs like light codes. These are the drawers which contain the Holy Scrolls, 4 on the right and 4 on the left. The top of this Ark finishes in an acute triangle, pointed like a cathedral spire. Hanging from the center of the spire is a lantern. To the right and the left of this Ark are Menorah (candelabras). Lions of Judah eat of the fruit of this Kabala (hidden) Tree of life, astrological symbols can be seen, and to the far right a curtain has been pulled aside (a veil is rent) by a crab so we may have a rare view of this sacred, celestial object of Light.

What is the Law contained by the Holy Scrolls? The Law contained within the Ark of the Covenant is the secret knowledge the Knights Templar sought at Solomon's Temple. It is the knowledge with which they built Chartres Cathedral. I believe this knowledge is the Law of Polarity, the first principle of creation; the plain of truth; the hearth of the universe, easily seen demonstrated in a section of a Gothic arch. Since ancient times (6,000 BCE) polarity has been studied as the three pillars of the Three Primordial Principles, defined as positive, negative and neutral. The right positive pillar is Jachin, the name of the right pillar of Solomon's Temple. The left negative pillar is Boaz, the left pillar of Solomon's Temple. The right pillar is defined as positive in Hermeticism; as Male in Kabalism; as Light in Gnosticism; as Ohrmuzd or Endless Light in Zoroastrianism; as Light in Greek philosophy; and as Father of Greatness dwelling in the Light in Manichaeism. The left pillar is defined as negative in Hermeticism; Female in Kabalism; Darkness in Gnosticism; Ahriman or Endless Darkness in Zoroastrianism; Dark in Greek philosophy; and King of Darkness in Manichaeism.

With the addition of the third principle, the central and neutral pillar, comes the concept of transcendence of polarity. With the third principle polarity becomes dimensional and gains a plane surface (that which has length and breadth). The plane surface, formed by the triangle, was called the "plain of truth" by the Pythagoreans of ancient Greece because it is the Three Primordial Principles expressed in geometry as a triangle. According to the Pythagoreans, the plain of truth is the "hearth of the universe." The central pillar is neutral in Kabalism; Androgynous in Alchemy; Hermaphroditic in Hinduism; Intermediate Spirit in Gnosticism; Void-Negative Space in Zoroastrianism; Air-Fate in Greek philosophy; and Shadow between like a Wedge in Manichaeism.

With their knowledge of sacred geometry based upon the geometry of light, most likely gained from their association with Jewish Rabbis and mystics who studied Kabala, the Knights Templar returned to France in 1128, after 10 years of study in Jerusalem, and began construction of Chartres, a small model of the universe and the archetypal Gothic cathedral and light-matrix in stone.

While the Templars were in Jerusalem defending Christians against the "infidel" (Muslims) they regularly transmitted money and supplies from Europe to Palestine, and they developed an efficient banking system on which the rulers and nobility of Europe came to rely. The knights gradually became bankers for a large part of Europe and amassed great wealth. They used this money to establish the first large, community service organization and held communal prayers and rituals in hospices they founded all over France. Giving up all personal property and wealth, they took vows of chastity, obedience and poverty, and became warrior-monks. They upheld their vows but became immensely wealthy anyway because of estate donations, some of which the Roman Catholic Church and the King of France would likely have received.

About 200 years after the construction of Chartres, the Catholic church assisted King Philip the Fair of France in condemning the enormously wealthy Knights as heretics. 64 Templars were burned at the stake and their wealth seized by the King and by the church. When the Templars died, they refused to give out any of their secret knowledge, even about Baphomet whom they were accused of worshipping, whom they admitted worshipping, and whom they were burned for worshipping. The mystery of Baphomet was solved recently when it was discovered that the Knights knew the Atbash Cipher, a system of cryptography involving the written Hebrew language. Evidence exists indicating Jesus was familiar with the Atbash Cipher, found in a number of Dead Sea Scrolls. In the Atbash Cipher, Baphomet decodes itself perfectly into "Sophia," Greek for Wisdom. The Knights Templar were burned as heretics for worshipping Wisdom.

"Precisely because orthodox religion was defective in the wisdom component, any modality which contained it was, ipso facto, heresy." (Walter Lang, "Introduction," Le Mystere des Cathedrales)

But Sophia is much more than Greek for Wisdom. Sophia is the Queen of Heaven, the Divine Mother, The Virgin of Light, Our Lady of Chartres Cathedral - a Lady worth dying for.

Sophia, Queen Of Heaven

When in the presence of the Divine Mother called Sophia, the early Gnostics of the 1st-4th centuries CE wondered why they were so fortunate to be near her. They held a dim view of physical life, calling it a prison from which escape was made possible only by death. Therefore, if a divinity such as Sophia could be among us, then they reasoned it must be because she was a "fallen" divinity. So they told a mythological story about the fall of Sophia, and this explains her nearness to earth and her desire and willingness to help us.

Sophia, meaning Wisdom, in her exalted state is the Virgin of Light. She is like the Persian divinity Anahita, mistress of the waters that flow from a heavenly source in the region of the stars. The sad story of the fall of the Virgin of Light from her exalted position in the celestial realms above is mirrored in the events of humanity below. This story reveals the strong negative thoughts of the ancient Gnostics regarding life on this planet and their desire for escape or rescue. Conversely, the Knights Templar worshipped Sophia and built a cathedral to her. Her merciful, healing energy inspired them to build hospices all over Europe to care for the poor and sick.

In the Gnostic account of Sophia, she is the Virgin of Light who judges souls worthy to be passed through the portals to the Treasury of Light. The Virgin of Light weighs the merits of the souls and dispenses justice according to the souls' spiritual accomplishments while physical. This is like the Egyptian god Thoth, who weighs the soul against the weight of a feather. When the Virgin finds the souls wanting in spiritual attainment, she sends them into the rotation of the spheres or down through the body of the constellation Draco, whose tail descends into the abyss. Draco is formed by the long and winding procession of the souls on the way to the abyss.

If the souls are worthy, they receive from the Virgin the seals, mysteries and baptisms necessary for their journey into the upper realms. The Virgin of Light passes those perfect souls who are to ascend to the upper realms to the Treasury of Light. Judging them worthy, she releases them from the birth-rebirth cycle, the dance of death, by sealing them against the powers of the spheres (planets). Joyfully, the souls ascend to the heavenly realms.

The Virgin of Light becomes filled with a longing to reunite herself with the Treasury of Light and the supernal entities of the higher celestial realms. She envies those souls whom she sends upwards to merge with the Light. Her strong emotions of envy and desire weigh her down, just as they weigh us down. She falls from her exalted position as the portal to the upper realms down into the lower heavens to dwell in the 8th sphere. When she falls she becomes Sophia, the "Portal of Life," the door of birth into the physical world. She wears a crown of 12 stars and these symbolize the universe she fashions with her great powers. All the material world is born through her. She is the Divine Mother, the Matawil, Our Lady of Chartres, the Queen of Heaven. Her throne is the universe. She sits on the Holy Scrolls of the Law.

How does the Divine Mother look? In some accounts of her, she is pink and gold spiral energy. Historically, she is painted as human. In one representation of her in Chartres she is the Blue Virgin at Chartres.

Setting Up your Portal

I hope we can all start on time and do the ritual together. If not, perform this ritual when you can. On the same day or the 7th or the 9th would be great. About 400 of us will be participating all over the planet, some actively and others in mind and idea. In this ritual we will call upon the Divine Mother to create with us the Cross of Light in the vault of the Northern Hemisphere, to bring into Chartres Cathedral the Celestial Orders of the Prophets of the Golden Masons, and to bestow the golden ring and silver cape symbolizing the power of Spirit with the wealth of the planet.

Set up your portal anyway you like, as a circle, as an altar, as a specific design. I plan to construct mine as a circle of milky quartz with a cross in the center. To create Concourse of the Forces I will be using candles for Fire and Air, and bowls of Water and bowls of Earth. These will be used during a certain part of the ritual. Using Tarot of the Spirit tarot cards I will make the Cross of Light in the shape of the Latin Cross (high horizontal bar). Use anything magical you like to design this cross, runes, quartz, whatever you have that is special for you. Place a candle at the four corners of the Cross of Light. In the north position of the cross place an extra candle, so that five candles will be used. Inside the circle and around the cross I will be using all my crystals as well as sacred objects.

We will be using Divine Mother portal disk and/or Shri Yantra portal disk. Use the one you resonate with or use both. Yantra is the path of union with God thorough geometric visualization. A yantra is a geometric design. It is a highly efficient tool for contemplation, concentration, and meditation. This type of yoga might also be called Mandala Yoga. The Buddhist are masters of this type of yoga as can be seen in their mandalas, icons, tankas, and sand paintings. The American Indians used this type of yoga, also. The Kabbalistic Tree of Life might be put in this category as well. By tuning into the different aspects of a yantra you can tap into certain deities or creative force centers in the universe.

The yantra is like a microcosmic picture of the macrocosm. It is a focusing point and an outer and inner doorway. The yantra are often focused on a specific deity. They can be drawn on paper, wood, metal, or on the Earth itself or they can be three-dimensional. The yantra provides a focal point that is a window into the absolute. The idea is to make the yantra so real, inwardly and outwardly, that it becomes alive. In that way it absorbs the practitioner's complete attention, and [s/he] can no longer tell if the yantra is within [him/herself] or if [s/he] is within the yantra. The most celebrated yantra in India is the Sri Yantra, or Auspicious Wheel. It is a symbol of the entire cosmos that serves to remind the practitioner of the nondifference between subject and object." (Joshua David Stone)

Shri Yantra helps us transcend the I/Thou archetype of our bipolar world and helps us join with the Divine Mother.
